After twenty calls, I'm still getting hung up. The world's worst customer service. I've spoken to so many people that it's unbelievable that nobody can assist me. I know #Apex# #point# #llc# crea... See more

Poor customer service
Poor customer service , i have been transferred to different phone presentative all because i wanted to deposit the $12k money i made from Pay MINE into my Vanguard account . Doing simple transfer should not be that complicated . I will have to go back with PAY MINE, Vanguard needs to do better or loose all there investors .
Vanguard DOUBLED my withholding …
Vanguard sent DOUBLE the Federal withholding from my IRA withdrawal to the IRS… tens of thousands of dollars more than necessary. Customer service advised that I re-do a withdrawal, as I wanted the money transferred to my checking account rather than receive a check in the mail. However, they never mentioned this would result in a SECOND withholding tax deducted from my account! Who is training these people????
DO NOT trust Vanguard Investments
DO NOT trust Vanguard Investments, especially out of El Paso, Texas, with any of your finances. I have waited for six weeks for having my IRA retirement account funds transferred to my bank from Vanguard Investments. I finally contacted the Texas State Attorney General's Office for looking into this matter of Vanguard withholding my IRA Investment funds from me.
Avoid calling customer support
Avoid calling customer support. I've been on the phone for over an hour and have been passed to 5 different reps - all I need is support moving money into VG. You'd think that they would know how to do this.
Ive been on the phoen for over 50 min…
Ive been on the phone for over 50 min being transferred to several phone reps. I was trying to pass $500k over to Vanguard for a small business I own. HORRIBLE customer service. I have NEVER had bad service like this!!
Worst experience in 40 years
Worst experience in 40 years
dealing with any financial services company. As an attorney and cpa, I've dealt with many Left-hand does not know what the right hand is doing at Vanguard. Blast emails are inconsistent and have nothing to do with representation made by the company over the phone. Front office and back office do not communicate. Doing simple transfer of assets is unbelievably complicated and fails terribly in comparison to Fidelity and others.Would never consider using Vanguard again, in spite of their so-called low cost.Customer service is horrible.
I had been trading an account for over…
I had been trading an account for over a month and had built up some profit. just as I was ready for the first payout, they shut my account down. I've reached out to support but haven't received any response. CENTURY "100" payout system feels well structured and intentional, not rushed or reactive.
Incompetent Rollover Staff
Vanguard financial advisors "court" you unlike no other to convince you to rollover IRA moneys into their company. Then when their rollover department ineptly advises you that "you are good," that the check has been deposited when in fact it has not, they call you three days later and schedule a call two days after that to "get your money working for you." Huh????? The next call sidesteps the topic of interest losses incurred in the interim rather than be accountable for interest moneys lost and acknowledge you need to be made whole. Then when you contact the rollover department and ask for a manager to enlighten them on what one of their employeed is doing to a client, they tell you that someone will call you the following week which never happens. Not nice. I regret trusting Vanguard with my assets when Charles Schwab i am now convinced would have treated me with higher regard. Choose wisely, folks, because this outfit's business model is lacking.
This review represents the frustration…
This review represents the frustration I have experienced with getting my tax documents in a timely manner over the last 10 years. On a regular basis, Vanguard's website states that my tax documents will be available on a certain date early in the year. I have come to distrust this as it has been inaccurate for years. When I call the customer service department, they give me the same inaccurate information that is on their website. Eventually the info on the website says it will be available 2/19 to 3/7. This is after my tax preparer's deadline for getting a discount for early filing, which is very frustrating. It is also impossible to wait until my Vanguard consolidated 1099 is available to get an appointment with my tax preparer because she is booked up by then. Robinhood gave me my consolidated 1099 last week.
This review is also for the long wait times on several occasions to get a customer service representative to help me. I am thinking of moving to Fidelity, which my brother uses and seems to be satisfied with . . .
I would give 0 stars if able
I would give 0 stars if able. Horrendous customer service to not very well trained staff. I needed to withdraw funds after losing my job in December and am still waiting for the funds to be deposited so I can avoid eviction. a very tedious and time consuming process to have the funds deposited. Empower retirement is so much better!
Terrible Customer Service
Vanguard outsources its customer service to India call centers. These individuals do not know anything about investing or the particulars about certain financial things in America like Trusts. Good luck trying to get anything done with them. They'll try to connect you to another department, but you'll be on hold for 45 minutes. I don't see how anyone can stand this company.

If I could give them a 0 I definitely would. Poor customer service, and if you’re waiting for something from them it will get lost in the mail. Quick internet search and looks like it happens to everyone. So do they really mail it out or just keep drawing interest on you.
I sent check to invest in Vang
I sent check to invest in Vang. M Market. It was sent using their self addressed envelope to Phila. That address was closed. I had my return address on it. Does Vanguard know what mail forwarding is? Check is lost. Multiple calls to CS reps. 5 security questions to each rep. then to next rep. 5 questions again and again! Calls are dropped on transfer, reps. don't return calls. Multi billion organization should be ashamed!
don't trust
I opened up a cash plus account 3 weeks ago and I still cannot deposit funds into the account. I called repeatedly and am just blatantly lied to each time I call on the phone. It has been a horrible experience.

this company is a scam to rob people of there hard working money. modern Day slavery.
my job required us to sign up with this company and they have made it extremely hard for me and my coworkers to get to our funds. they never answer the phone and they only allow two try’s to get into your account once you do get them to answer the phone and the representatives have no customer service skills. when I’m just trying to get into my account, there’s no reason to be rude. im so disappointed
Limited Access
For many years I thought vanguard was a wonderful company. But now they have transition my account and limited my access without giving me an option. All because I am an elderly low tech senior and cannot follow the complicated tech actions required. I feel I am being held hostage by Vanguard.
Declining Customer Service
I have been with Vanguard for years (more than 20 years) and am finally moving out. Customer service has been declining due to company wide policies. Employees do their jobs OK but the customer service is just not there from the company itself. Recommend you look elsewhere. Also their stock trading platforms are not set up for frequent traders. If you want to trade often go somewhere else!
Vanguard sent me a survey
Vanguard sent me a survey. When I answered a question I was retired the survey ended. Their surveys are designed to promote their DEI ideology and sow other false ideas to their investors. Their customer service is the worst in the industry because of their embracement of the value destroying effect of DEI culture. They are a private company that does not allow the owners (the shareholders) any say in who or how the company is run.

My husband passed away five years ago.
I called, filled out forms, sent legal documents, and yet they don't respond.
Do NOT invest with these folks, they are incompetent.
