April 24. On the 26th, I had a very successful eyelid surgery at Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Hospital. The modern conditions and cleanliness of the hospital, the meticulous work of my talented and friendly doctor, and the attention of the staff made me extremely happy. I am very grateful to all the staff and managers, especially my doctor.

USA 🇺🇸 Had a great experience with Dr Bariş at Vanity Clinic here in Istanbul. Performed minor lip reduction surgery (for African American skin) and the attention to detail was amazing. From the coordination and collaboration I felt taken care of and treated with upmost care. Special thanks to the team and Lara for helping me along the way.

The clinic is really great everything was seamless from airport pick up, to surgery to hotel stay.

The hotel that you stay in is also great as well as the aftercare at the hotel with nurses there 24/7.

You also have a patient coordinator that you can contact at any time if you have any questions which is a great help.

I had a breast uplift and implant procedure with Dr Mert Sizmaz 2 weeks ago today. My care was second to none and my results are fantastic. I had Umut during sales and Gozel as my patient coordinator. We have booked another procedure for later in the year we are so happy with the team who cared for us. Gozel is great and still keeping in touch and producing brilliant after care with all my questions.

I am almost 6 weeks post op from a bbl with lipo 360 and arm lipo. From start to finish I had a wonderful experience with Vanity. Every member of staff I came into contact with - from the nurses to the drivers to the hotel staff - were polite and caring. My surgeon was Dr Mert Sizmaz and he did a brilliant job - particularly correcting my arms from previous lipo I was unhappy with. Overall I am thrilled with my results. Special thanks to my patient coordinator Berfin who was always on hand to answer my questions and also the nurses at the hospital who took great care of me. I would happily return to Vanity again.

I recently travelled for a labiaplasty at Vanity Clinic. The booking process was straightforward I arranged my own flights while the clinic organised the transfers and hotel.
My surgery went well the clinic has real potential to be great, but it is sadly let down by poor communication and very poor aftercare.
After landing, the transfer dropped me at the hotel with no instructions or timeline. I even had to message the night before surgery to find out what was happening the next day.
The aftercare has been the biggest issue. Nobody gave proper instructions I had to ask about showering, keeping the surgery socks on, whether my stitches are dissolvable or need removing, and I’m still unsure if they used laser or surgical cutting. I basically don’t know what’s been done. My patient coordinator stopped replying, and the nurse’s visit was very brief with no check just verbally
Two days before my departure, I was meant to be collected in the morning for a final appointment but nobody showed up. I’ve had no further responses from the clinic, and I’ve already had to change my flight. Nobody can confirm whether they will provide the promised airport transfer.
It’s a real shame because my friend and I were planning to return for breast surgery, but I’m not confident the aftercare (or even basic communication and reliability) would be good enough for a more complicated procedure.

I had a great experience at vanity clinic . The staff was very helpful and attentive. They would have a nurse to check on me at my hotel once surgery was over . Dr Mertsizmaz was amazing and I’m happy with my results .

I used Vanity earlier this year. They are great up front, but there is zero aftercare. I sent a number of requests with pictures and videos showing serious medical problems post surgery, but they have all been ignored. Do not trust these people to help if something goes wrong

had an amazing experience with Vanity Clinic in Istanbul from start to finish. The service was exceptional throughout, and I always felt completely safe and in expert hands.

I had upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), and the pre-op care with everyone—especially our nurse Vesty—was fantastic, with everything clearly explained and handled professionally. Post-op care was just as impressive—Gozel was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply, and made me feel like a valued individual rather than just another patient.

Dr. Mert Sizmaz was brilliant—he really took the time to listen, offer honest advice, and ensure I was comfortable with every decision.

I genuinely couldn’t rate this clinic highly enough and would highly recommend it to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

My review is based on my entire experience with vanity. I did a lot of research speaking with different clinics and online consultations and I settled with vanity based on reviews, the communication,experience of the doctors and ofc price was a big factor.

I had revision rhino with Anil - lower bleph with fat transfer and ‘co2 laser’ plus lipo on the back with Mert.

Umut was my initial contact and he was very good. My patient coordinater was a complete dud and caused unnecessary stress. It’s unnecessary to name her, but she just didn’t care. Small Case in point is I paid 450 for co2 laser. I’ve had this done before, this wasn’t it. And I wouldn’t have paid for what I got. I complained to my PC- she said she was waiting for a reply from her managers. Must still be waiting.
She couldn’t even tell me what time I was being collected for my final check up the day of departure. Just point blank ignored my texts. I ended up with 10 mins to get ready.

Anil - a lovely man - generous with his time and patient. He was the most calming part of the experience. I’m scared about my result because it’s not looking good right now but obviously I need to give it time.

Mert - I asked umut pre booking about a skin pinch lower bleph as I have some loose skin. I had the consultation online and said this is what I wanted and Mert said he could also do some fat transfer which was free / part of it and some laser for the best result. In person I was asked did I want scars. I said of course not if I can avoid it. When I came round after surgery it looked like I had nothing done and when he came around to me 2 hours post op, I said as much.he said it was done and the stitches were inside. I said I had paid for laser he said it would also done.i said I’d had it before and this is not the same effect by far. He said I should’ve told him i had it before (if it’s important shouldn’t he ask me that?) &if I wanted a peeling effect he can do it again before I left.This was not followed up on just like my complaint to my ‘patient coordinator’.the short time I was asking questions he was half way out the door. At check up I asked why he didn’t remove the skin and he said I said I didn’t want scars.Like wtf. I need to be told all the options and side effects I have done research but he’s the surgeon and he should be explaining everything to me.I do not feel a fat transfer was the suitable option for me and I now feel like I’ll end up doing what I initially went there and paid for, another time soon which really annoys me. At checkup he was almost out the door again before I asked should he not check my back re the lipo. Why am I asking him that??It should be a given. He is a nice guy so I don’t like giving out but this experience was not good for me. I’ve paid a lot of money for this and feel quite uncertain - and right now unhappy - about the actual results. So far I don’t see a difference from the Lipo but it takes 3 months apparently.I had very little to take off but if I wasn’t going to see much of a difference I wouldn’t have spent the money.

The overall attitude of some of the girls in the place really leaves a lot to be desired. They make you feel like it’s inconvenient that you’re there.The girl who brought me down to the OR - I had brought crystals with me which I had on the bed. Apparently that’s not a good idea but I didn’t know, and when I just started to come around she was actually shouting in my face with them in her hand asking what they were.And she kept it up even back in the room when I’m completely disoriented.Not ok.After I returned to the room I asked for water. They took 3 hours to give me some and I had been fasting more than 18 hours at this stage.

I need to mention I was there alone which made the experience more difficult and emotional.Obviously my choice but in knowing this they could have paid extra attention.

I had a revision surgery with Dr. Cagatay Oner, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience.

A year ago, I had my first surgery at a different hospital, and unfortunately, it was a very difficult experience. The results were disappointing, my scars didn’t heal properly, and over time things only seemed to get worse. It really affected my confidence and how I felt every day.

Choosing Dr. Oner for my revision was the best decision I could have made. From the very beginning, everything felt professional, supportive, and reassuring. The clinic itself is beautiful, clean, and very well organised, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole process.

I also want to say a special thank you to the clinic coordinator, Gozel. She was absolutely amazing—always available, kind, and so helpful with every question I had. She made the entire journey smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated her support.

When I saw my results, I was overwhelmed with emotion. I was literally crying with happiness. After such a long and frustrating journey, finally seeing a beautiful result after my mastopexy and implants meant everything to me.

This company was so easy to deal with. From the beginning to the end. With a special mention to Karem... He helped us through everything including things that weren't necessarily related to our procedures, and any questions we had he answered it with graciousness. Vanity’s staff and doctors were absolutely amazing, kerem was our main point of contact and was by far the best part of our experience. He was kind, helpful and answered every question we had day or night. He arranged all of our accommodations and transfers to and from the airport and the clinic which was so helpful.
The surgery and dental clinic where I had my “work” done were very professional and the outcome was better than I could have imagined. I fully recommend Vanity clinic for anyone wanting to go to Turkey for a little touch up.

I’d describe my experience with Vanity as bittersweet. At first, it was definitely bitter. I chose them because a Russian friend recommended them and said everything went great.

I had a breast augmentation on May 9, 2025, with Dr. Can Zeliha. They advertised that the staff spoke German, but in reality, only 2 or 3 did, and they were mostly sales reps.

On surgery day, they assigned me a German-speaking translator. Unfortunately, I had to go alone because I had no one to accompany me. (From the bottom of my heart: please don’t go alone; bring someone who speaks English). To be honest, the translator, Yassemin, had a terrible attitude from the start—zero patience, zero kindness. She only translated because it was her job, and if I asked anything on WhatsApp, she’d ignore me or reply 5 days later. It felt like they didn't care about me as a paying client.Information also came way too late. For example, the list of necessary clothes and basics was sent two days after my surgery, when it should be sent at least a week before the flight. I felt like an object, just another number. I literally had to beg for information she was obligated to give me.
Then there was the night nurse. Most nurses were lovely, especially two with curly black hair and a blonde lady. But there was one—short, white, a bit chubby with blonde hair—who was the worst I’ve ever seen. She was in a bad mood, spoke very rudely (especially to those of us who were alone), and helped us begrudgingly because we were 'interrupting' her phone time. She was even aggressive and laughed while administering meds through my catheter. I was horrified. While the clinic is beautiful and clean, the administration back then was a mess.
The surgeons, however, are top-tier. Dr. Can Zeliha was 100% professional; I have no complaints about her.

After being discharged, I had a high fever at the hotel. When I told Yassemin, she shamelessly told me to go to a pharmacy myself to buy pills—right after surgery! I had to push for them to take me to their clinic. They also promised a video on how to change the drains that never arrived.
The day they removed my drains was just 4 hours before my flight—it was total madness. They didn't even send the surgical permit I needed to fly. I only made my flight and got through security by the grace of God.

Unfortunately, I had a complication. However, the clinic and the doctor took responsibility, and I had a second surgery in March 2026. This second time, the experience was 'sweet'—absolutely spectacular!
Because of the complication, I was assigned to Irem. The difference in customer service was night and day. Irem was attentive, kind, and professional from the start. I’m so happy with her care.İrem G helped me a lot during my process, including my revision.

I went into the second surgery mentally prepared for the chaos I experienced the year before. I even brought a best friend who speaks perfect English so I wouldn't have to rely on Yassemin. I was also stressed about seeing that nurse again, but THANK GOD she wasn't there anymore. It seems they cleared out some staff, and the new team was amazing—especially the nurse wearing a hijab.

I’m sharing this so people know what to look out for. Despite the initial chaos, Vanity made things right during my second experience, and for that, I am very grateful.

I travelled to Istanbul at the end of January 2026 with my sister for revision rhinoplasty, to replace my implants, along with a mini tummy tuck. This was due to complications from surgeries I had 20 years ago, as well as the effects of three caesareans within 3 years.

I had originally met Dr Guray in London about six months earlier, and from that first consultation, I felt completely confident in both him and his team. I had consulted with several other surgeons beforehand, mainly based in London, but as soon as I met him, I knew I wanted to proceed with him. He was knowledgeable, clear, and reassuring, which gave me instant confidence.

I carried out extensive research prior to the trip, and although I still had some reservations about travelling from the UK, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Every step of the process was handled professionally and with great care, which really put me at ease.

Now, nine weeks post-surgery, I’ve received consistent follow-up care, including regular check-ins via text from Dr Guray’s assistant. The aftercare has been just as impressive as the surgery itself. I had lots of issues with my implants prior to surgery & honestly have not looked back.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend Dr Guray and his team highly enough to anyone considering plastic surgery in Turkey.

I went to vanity, in order to resort to a rhinoplasty this went wonderfully, thanks to the fabulous hands of Dr. Kadri Ila whom I will never thank enough and who for the moment seems to have done a magnificent job (can't wait to discover the final result) I will never thank him enough, Güzel the coordinator who was present for me from A to Z and who has always been caring for me and still today despite the fact that I am thousands of kilometers away.

A big heart also has the best of the best who is other than Beyda The nurse, a truly human person in Gold who carried out my post-op care. ( love you ❤️)

The entire staff made my experience comforting and confident. I had my 2nd breast augmentation and rhinoplasty done here instead of the United States and I couldn't be happier. From airport pickup to aftercare follow up their communication and attention to detail was world's above my first operation in the United States. My husband is now wanting to come back in a few years for hair transplant, we have been spoiled by the cleanliness and great care from the staff.
