Fantastic and attentive service!

I contacted several removal companies to move my parents from their home of 39 years to the other side of town, only 2 companies replied but once I had spoken to Peter and seen the reviews on Trustpilot my decision was made.
We booked Peters team to pack, remove and recycle then finally move.
David and Connor arrived exactly when they said they would and worked non-stop, the first day, packing and removing the recycling load.
They arrived again exactly when they said they would the next day and had everything loaded and secured within a couple of hours.
Throughout the whole experience they were helpful, considerate, courteous and funny making the whole experience stress free which was really helped mum dealing with the emotion of it all.

I CANNOT recommend Peter and his team enough, they were superb!

I emailed Peter out of the blue, he responded promptly and when the guys turned up to help us move furniture they were not only hard working but a pleasure to be around. I would recommend van load fife to anyone. Absolute 5 star service and worth every penny, we’ll definitely use them again.

Van load Fife helped my elderly mother move from Kirkcaldy to Glenrothes. They were helpful and swift with the quote and competitively priced. The move itself was delayed due to Covid, then the day of the move turned into a nightmare due to Solicitor issues causing huge delays. The guys from Van Load Fife were patient and polite with my mother throughout the frustrating day, as the plan changed minute by minute. They didn't get into the new property until 6pm and it took until 9pm to get finished but the lads were still smiling polite and chirpy. The extra charge to cover the extra hours was fair and reasonable.

All of the stuff was moved with care and attention with not even a single mark on any item.

These guys are brilliant. Friendly, professional and punctual. They moved us under lockdown using the best social distancing and PPE. They gave us best practise guidance on how to keep ourselves and them safe. They went above and beyond to make our move happen when not to move would have been financially disastrous for us. If you are moving in Fife and don't use this company you are very foolish indeed.

I used Peter and his assistant Mark yesterday to move a few items for my elderly mother. I found them to be friendly and courteous, yet professional at the same time. There were no delays and the job was done in good time. Furniture was wrapped and moved with care. Their price was more than competitive. A big thank you and a load off my mind!
