Ordered the Vanon 12-20V DEC802 with 2 6.0Ah 20V batteries the charger wouldn't charger either battery. I ordered a different charger from another company. One of the batteries charged on this charger. One of the major problem is as usual the equipment is made in China. I will not order any thing else with the Vanon name on it.

EXTREMELY UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. I ordered pair of 20 VOLT MAX for Dewalt. Received 18VOLT MAX, ONE IS DEFECTIVE. Have sent numerous emails to the help line with no response. There is no phone # available to call. This is 3rd order and last order to them. First two orders were ok, they are a 2 1/2 year medium duty battery.

The batteries are terrible. They last a very short time and will not charge. I could not get customer service to respond.

I ordered several DeWalt and Milwaukee batteries. Many of them would not charge or took 6 hours to charge. All of them were underperforming by 90%, acted like my 8 year old batteries. I called to get a refund within 30-days and they tell me that since I marked some of them with a marker they would not refund my purchase. This is an UNETHICAL & DECEPTIVE company with no interest in selling a good product, they are only interested in taking your money. Dont buy from these guys!

Bought 2 batteries and wouldn't take a charge despite being new. Contacted company and no response.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THESE BATTERIES AND THIS COMPANY !!!!

I bought 20 volt batteries, they sent me 18 volt, no word from them on replacement. I have emailed multiple times. Use another company

I have bought quite a few batteries over the years. I lbought 2 Milwaukee 18V batteries. They both failed within 6 months. I kept trying to contact them regarding the warranty and finally I got an answer. They stated their warranty was a year. I responded and gave them my info to I get them replaced. No answer. I emailed again, no answer. This whole time I responded to the same address that told me it was a year warranty. I emailed again and when they finally responded they stated it was over a year. They want to offer me 8% off. You got to be kidding me. I emailed again and stated of course it is because they made sure of that. I told them to look at my whole thread to see I started before a year was up. I will never buy a battery again from these people and I will do my best to make sure that I tell as many people not to buy anything from them. As far as I am concerned they are thieves.

These batteries seem to fail after just a few recharges. 5 year guarantee offered is useless and company does not stand behind this. AVOID these batteries

I placed an order on June 14 of 2024, and have yet to hear from them and keep saying that uSPS is waiting for them to ship the battery. I have tried to contact them and have not heard a thing. It is now July 16 over a month.

I bought a battery charger that came with two Vanon batteries. [model
P102 Battery type Li-lon] One battery failed on the date of purchase about 1 year ago. On 6/6/2024 the other battery caught fire and disintegrated. I looked for a recall on this battery and have found none. I do not recommend Vanon hazardous Batteries. I thank God nothing caught fire.

Good battery for a while than the terminals began to melt and notice good contact kinda scared that it may cause a fire

Longevity! I spent close to $100 for 2 pac Makita battery set and they both died at the same time almost 3 years old. The oem batteries are 5 years old and working just fine. Very disappointed and won't buy from them again. Buyer beware.

I ordered a battery from them in early April. The battery arrived April 9 and wouldn't take a charge-nothing, no lights, dead as a doornail. I'm a contractor and I've been dealing with battery tools since the late 80's, so I know what I'm talking about. It took them a week to get back to me and they wanted me to "jump start" it. Well, I told them that I wouldn't do that and again asked for a refund. 10 days later, they wanted a video of the battery in the charger for "after sale record and would give further solution". I sent a video and again demanded a refund. It's almost a month later, and, no response. I WOULD NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I will continue to pursue a refund, but at best, I'm afraid it'll take a while. Save yourself some trouble and AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Vanon 18v battery for makita replacement were pieces of crap. Did not last three years and did not hold half the charge of the Makita brand. DO NOT BUY anything Vanon, buy the legit brand.

I bought 2 9ah M18 Milwaukee batteries from them. They both died in a matter of a couple days and would not take a charge. They had me send them pictures, video's and write an explaination. Then crickets, they never responded about the issue. Buyer beware.

I bought DeWalt 60V. Battery quality is awful and customer support is the same. I'm buying DeWalt OEM from now on. I should have looked at the reviews before buying.

Ordered 2 6 Ah batteries for Makita tools. They gives twice less run time than original ones. 6 Ah batteries even weigh the same as the original 3 Ah batteries. After several cycles of work one of them failed. Total garbage. Do not buy anything from this company.

I bought again and worked fine.
things seemed more cheaply built than the name brands but for the price I thought who cares? with a decent experience on the first 2 buys I bought a bunch of batteries and this is when the wheels fell off. The big order, they don't charge or run anything and they have no weight. I don't think there are batteries in the cases. Again no problem for the price I'll contact them and return them and get ones that work like I had before. They needed a video to see what was wrong. no problem I made them a video and sent them a link. never heard from them again its been a month since then. I guess you get what you pay for. I did try to get into this slowly and several batteries worked, its a shame the large order was the one that flopped.

I purchased 2 batteries from Vanon. They sent me the wrong batteries. I had to pay to return them even though it was their fault. Now they refuse to refund my money which I paid via PayPal.

THEY SCAMMED ME DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID
