Purchased a replacement battery for a Dyson V7 in April 2022 with a 5 year manufacturers warranty. Battery failed in November. neither the supplier or the manufacturer, Vanon, have responded to my request for a replacement or a refund. Extremely poor customer service.

Sadly I'm another customer who's been had by these people. You would expect things not to be 100% genuine but you also expect things to last when you buy them. I put these batteries to work on a DIY project and they both died within a week of each other. They started messing about and not charging, then on a circular saw one time the battery started smoking, large clouds of grey smoke were billowing from it so I hastily removed it. After that it was dead. The next one did the same thing, would only charge to to 50% and so would last for minutes in saws, then just stopped charging all together. Meanwhile my 7 year old makita's are still going strong. It really is a false economy to buy these cheap batteries if you use them in any way. Forget buying them if you're a tradesman.

Would 100% NOT recommend.

Bought 2 of 18V 5Ah battteries from ebay. Disappointed !!.Should have never done it. I am a DIY guy use it often but not asmuch as tradies. After few hours, needed a charge probably 3-4 months now theyre dead and throwaway.waste of$$

If I could give a ZERO RATING I would. These two new 18v 6.0Ah batteries DO NOT hold their charge. They work for less than 5 minutes and then stop but the power still reads 4 green bars. This company should not be allowed to sell these.

Bought a couple of these batteries for my Porter Cable tools and they are the absolutely terrible. They do not hold a charge, do not deliver any power to my tools. Stay away from them!

Vanon should be criminally charged for selling and misleading the buying public in the way that they have treated me and many others Their replacement batteries do not charge, do not hold a charge, and give no output power whatsoever. They are fraudulent in marketing a totally defective product and e bay must withdraw their opportunity to market the product.

After a year not charge. It came with 5 years guarantee from eBay. The seller no on eBay or on different name. Cheap s**t

Bought 2 Ryobi vanon batteries in March hardly used them now won't even charge

Have thrown out five one was even a free replacement, absolute rip off junk.

Bought a 2 pack of 14.4v Vanon power tool replacement batteries a year ago. Just one word describes them...maybe two...utter crap. One doesn't hold a charge any more, and the other lasts a very short time. Don't waste your money.

Do not buy batteries from this company. You WILL be disappointed. Look at their website. The phone number they give does not work, it has missing numbers. It will not work. I have also tried to contact them on their email address and have NEVER received a reply.
I purchased three vanon batteries to replace older Li batteries that were nearing end-of-life. The VANON batteries came ... two with no charge and one with 1/2 charge. The Vanon charger that I also purchased would not charge any of the batteries. Even the one with a 1/2 charge would not even charge to full. Once the one battery that had a small charge was exhausted, it was dead. None of the batteries are working at all. Brand new batteries. Junk.
Please, save your money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

i ordered a couple 3ah lithium for my black and decker. Ones that showed up are smaller and exact size as the 1.5ah. Tried to contact customer service and nothing but crickets. I tried them out and weaker than my 5+ year old batteries. May as well have stuffed dead kittens inside the case. Landfill fodder after 30 days. Save the whales.

Ordered two 6.0 amp from ebay store, charge on milwaukee charger, but only last about 40 minutes on planer, drill, driver. Very poor performance.

Bought 2 of these a few months ago and will no longer charge.
Absolute load of crap do not be tempted I could excrete something from my back passage that would hold more charge.

BOUGHT ON E-BAY WITH THE ADVERT STATING 5 YEAR GTEE, LASTED LESS THAN A YEAR AND NOW WILL NOT CHARGE. NO REPLY FROM COMPANY.

Ordered this battery for Grandma's electric weed eater from ebay merchant for $35. + shipping. Charged up twice and then died. Vanon people said no refund or replacement after 30 days.

I bought this Vanon model DC31A battery as a replacement and it doesn't hold a charge very long and now after minimal use id dead and won't hold a charge at all. Please don't waste your money.

Bought two lots of 18v Makita battles.
Both lots, that’s 4 x batteries in total ….all defective.
Do not buy.

If I could give these batteries a zero I definitely would. I bought 8 of these batteries and after a few uses they stopped taking a charge, started showing faults. My opinion, stay away from these!!

Pure junk ,not only do they not last they do not fit the tool like the original Dewalt batteries, you fight to disconnect the batterys
