I was over charged. I ordered a sampler pack (which was meant to be free, just pay shipping). My shipping cost went from $7 to $25 and then my credit card was charged $40. Shipping took forever and when I finally received my vape box - I got 2 cheap bottles of e liquid, instead of 4. I have contacted the company 3 times and have not had a response.

Worth it! I'm definitely gonna keep on getting my vape box!

I have been getting charged on random days for the past 6 months and each time they let me know they don’t know why I’ve been charged multiple times but they are sorry it happened and I still havnt recurved a box or a refund. Plus a majority or the products come back old and not usable or leaking

I was mostly happy with my first box but I ordered three juices in between subscription boxes and they were all super old, oxidized, opaque, black, thick, nasty. I emailed Ryan and sent pics. He said I could pay to return them. Cancelled sub. 😑

This is hands down the best subscription that I have ever ordered and just continues to get better. I am so happy with vape box.

Price and juice selection is good, but don't expect them to get you your juice on time.. it was fine the first few months, but last month they straight up forgot to ship my order until contacted them about it and this month they changed my order date to 4 days after my typical date without telling me! To make things worse they didn't even ship it until 4 days after I payed for the box! I payed for the order on the 4th and according to the tracking I'm not receiving it until the 11th.... I ended up having to buy juice from a shop, which kinda defeats the purpose of this service.

Would not use this company again if someone paid me. Held my money for two days before canceling my order without no explanation or reason until contacting them. Then was insulted by the customer service person for asking why it had been canceled. They don’t have all the products they list on their site, but will surely take your money and then insult you. Beware very crap service and company!!

Just wanted to say thank you. I enjoyed my first box and look forward to the next to come. Hopefully they only get better.

I’ve tried several vape box subscriptions and this one is top shelf! Plus I received my first box free which is even more awesome! Great quality name brand juice perfect flavor profile match for me. The juice bottles were all 3 large Size bottles! Thank you

I'm so surprised and satisfied! The shipping was so fast specially with everything going on. Constant communication on when it's filled were my items are and everything. Love the packaging! They even let me pick to juices to start off so that was awesome the next juice was based off my likes and it is better than the two I picked hahaha.If I could rate them a 10 star I would! Completely highly recommend. They also gave me extra juice instead of 120 they gave me 180!!! It's so cheap there is no one who I have seen or found who can compete with theses guys! Just received my first Vape Box... Man Awesome they sent me 60ml bottles instead of 30ml and the shipping only took 5 days! Today is 4/15/20... And I ordered late in the day on 4/10/20! That is incredible considering the circumstances of shipping issues with this virus. Plus the live chat feature has extremely helpful IMMEDIATE response unlike other sites..This has GOT TO BE THE BEST SITE TO ORDER FROM! Thanks Vape-Box.Com, keep up the great work!

Vape box knows what I need when I desire fulfilment of nicotine satisfaction, tay!or made with the optional strengths I can choose the right strength for me or if I want I could opt to slowly reduce the strengh in a reduction regime in order to stop vapourising altogether. The fact that there's no pressure from vape box to buy there product keeps these options open. As for the the quality of the liquids I relish in the smoothness of the vapour as I inhale for satisfaction and the taste of which I prefer tobacco emulates tobacco flavour perfectly, this is very important to me as replacement therapies for me have to be as close as smoking tobacco as you can make it and vape box delivers. When it comes to price the value is clear as you save an absolute fortune compared to smoking tobacco. There's no traipsing to the shops and queing to be served as they deliver right to your door, it doesn't get easier than that in fulfilling your needs and on top of that the speed of delivery doesn't keep you waiting around. Keep coming back to the Enthusiast Box. I jumped head first into the Enthusiast Box and received a Smok mod that first box. So I was instantly impressed. I’ve had fairly bad experiences with Smok in the past but even after receiving another mod a few boxes later I’m currently clutching this one. I actually cancelled my shipments after about six or seven boxes as I had accumulated wayyyy too many custard cream flavors(my fault I kept trying to like them lol) I used every piece of hardware and felt like it was my birthday every month. The box itself is always stylish and fancy. I even had a leak one month and informed the customer service team as a heads up. Appeared the bottle may have been defective so I wanted them to alert the manufacturer. The team applied shopping points to my account for making them aware. As far as juice goes some flavors are spot on some not, but each juice is quality. Even if I personally didn’t like the flavor, they always produced awesome clouds and were strong and complex. Folks, if you want to be surprised every month....get the Enthusiast Box.

Just when i thought customer service from this lot couldnt get ANY better! 1. Ran out of my fav flavour for a few days, when i was due to reorder (2nd time as a customer) so i got something the very fast responsive team suggested, and what do i get? A FREE bottle of my favourite flavour from one of the team members PRIVATE STASH!
2. Iv had free samples with handwritten 'thankyou' notes. All that, the AWESOME flavours, the quick AF delivery (international) and the fast responses from customer service gives VAPEBOX 10stars outta 5.. Good work guys 👌

Got our first box 3 days ago on Monday. Teaste flavors, just need a new coil, an atomizer now.. worth the small wait

I literally hated everything they sent. I also put in my dislikes that I disliked nut flavor and they sent me a nut flavor in The first box. I contacted them about this and the agent told me that I didn’t mark that I didn’t mark nuts in my dislikes. I just agreed. He tried to send me a replacement. But of course you can mark only so many dislikes so I went with the worst of my dislikes. So he sent me another flavor and of course it’s something that I really don’t like. They sometimes send you 1-2 pieces of hardware. Well of course I got the month that only 1 comes. It was the worst Rta. I have a good amount of Rtas and have been building them for a while now. This one leaks like a waterfall. If you’re thinking about getting this service or one like it I would definitely say save your money and time and just buy the juice that you want and like. Not total surprises. Maybe if you were given the choice on what you want in your box every month with choices even the hardware I would keep this service. But I believe I’m just going to unsubscribe and be happy with choice instead of chance.
