I subscribed for my box but I didn't receive tracking information until the day it was delivered. I don't see value in being charged for shipping just to be left in the dark about my order. There also isn't a definitive option to enter what items I have already used and liked or disliked prior to subscribing so I received a brand and flavor of juice I recently had used and grown tired of. I wish there was an easier way to populate more information to better the results from the staff selecting my items.

Received first box quicker than expected.

Juice is subpar and lacks flavour, hardware was the only reason I was interested in the box.

For the $137 CDN after conversion, tax, shipping, and SURPRISE duty fees I'm never ordering it again.

Loved the juices i got and it was mailed and got to me very quickly

Very fast didn't have to wait long for diligence ery and I got some good flavors ha ent tried all of them but working on it

Was blown away! Signed up for the smaller juice box. It said I would get 3 10ml samples and I got two 30’s and a 60 for 20 bucks. Super happy and the flavors are on point !

In one of my monthly boxes I received a mod that didn't work. I tried several sets of batteries and anything else I could try. After contacting vapebox support staff and talking with Russell (fantastic service) a couple times, we got the issue resolved and a replacement headed to me and he had me back to vaping without issue in NO TIME! This was the first time having any issues with vapebox and Russell made the experience better at every turn. I look forward to giving my money to Vapebox for a very long time. And would recommend this company to ANYONE.

The three juices I tried were very nice
however, the normal retail prices are out of my price range.

Just received my box and only got juice and mod no other form of hardware no i have to go buy a tank and batteries just to use the mod so highly disappointed in vapebox maybe next month they will do better or i cancel my plan with them

If you are looking to expand your flavor horizons past your local vape shop this is a great way to do it. I am very happy with the curated flavors I have recieved. I even found a new favorite. I am recommending this service to all of my friends that are looking for something different.

I am a first time buyer . I love the juice i got and the mod. But i got my mod and coilds i bought only amd i had to reach out to get my juices send to me.
