Customer service is always spot on
Customer service is always spot on, much better than other vape sites. Also, I’d ordered x5 of an item but there was only 3 in stock. Frazer emailed me to let me know, gave me options moving forward and sorted me out very quickly and efficiently.

Simple to use website and some good offers.
Haven’t received my items yet so cannot comment on that. The only reason I have given 3* is because I subscribed to the newsletter then I tried to use the 25% discount code on the first order however it would not work.

Government Licensed and are v v helpful
As a newbie to Vaping I was a very confused by all the different types so phoned and spoke to lovely Andy who explained everything and was so patient I didn't ever feel that he was trying to sell me the most expensive one but took the time and trouble to make sure I got the right one They are also government licenced which is rare.
