Received product expired in 2023 and 2024, no response no cusotmer service, and rejected my dispute.

I wrote to them because 2 of my orders came late. The rude response I got back I can’t believe it. With customer service like that, they won’t have to deal with deliveries because they won’t have any. Never shopping here again. BtW Puff City has better prices.

no confirmation email, no order number, no way to contact customer services,no product just left in limbo will never buy from again

BEWARE DEFFECTIVE VAPES SOLD HERE! I had kindly asked for a replacement vape since the one sold to me back in January was defective. I was told that it was out of the return window and they would not honor a replacement or refund. I will not be placing large orders any longer as I once have due to the defective products sold here.

Super slow shipping. Had to go to my local vape shop to buy because I ran out and normally, my orders from other online vape shops arrive in 3-4 days. It's been over one week.

It's been close to a month since I ordered my starter kit

I placed a order on April 5th order number 100079616 and still haven’t received it. I would appreciate an update ASAP. Barbara

I was charged for the product I purchased at the beginning of April, I have yet to receive a confirmation email, or anything indicating that I will receive the products I have ordered. All the emails I get are these emails asking me to review my product. How can I review my product if I don't even know if I'm even getting my order that I paid nearly 20$ for.
