My credentials:
I smoked for 40 years. Well, it was the done when I was young, everybody smoked, even the BBC newscaster, live on air, while reading the news! I tried everything in life to give up, pills, patches, acupuncture, hypnotherapy, I was one of an original tester group for Zyban in the early 90s and nothing worked for me -until ecigs. I don't use the word "miracle" lightly but that's what they are - a MIRACLE. Don't get me wrong, you still need willpower to stick at it at first, but I found the craving for tobacco wore off very fast when I still had the hand to mouth, inhale and blow action which, after 40 years, is part of your psyche. I found it a far smoother transition than I ever could have imagined and pretty soon couldn't even remember smoking. And oh the freedom! The sense of achievement! The cleanliness and freshness of me, my clothes, my curtains, the walls, the ceilings and no stinky ashtrays to contend with on a daily basis! I had my last cigarette 2 years ago. From the moment I picked up an ecig I was determined to make it work, it wasn't even that hard, and I have never looked back. I'm still at it too lol because I love it and for those worried about weight gain (as one quit I gained 100 lbs and the weight was worse than the smoking so I started again) - with ecigs, I haven't gained one ounce in weight and I reckon that's because I left the tobacco-flavoured oils behind long ago, my favourite is watermelon and after dinner - when even the best resolve to stop is broken by either smoking or having a huge pudding in compensation - I merrily pick up my ecig and vape my watermelon a while and it's like I've inhaled my dessert - no cravings for either!

The very best of luck to anyone reading this who, like me, thought they'd never, ever be able to give up cigarettes. I'm here to tell you if a lifelong, seriously-hooked smoker like I was did it, you can too, and it will be the best thing you have ever done for yourself and everyone you care about. Just get a yourself a good, dependable, knowledgeable supplier like VapeLand and stick at it!
