Had to force them to contact me
I've used Vapeland for e-liquid, which has over the past year been declining in standard with poor taste and very thin liquids compared to other suppliers. I also ordered a vape mod that arrived broken, which I emailed them about immediately, as it was basically broken out of the box - they didn't reply. I had to open a paypal dispute to get them to engage and basically the whole process was painful.
Also, when I reviewed one of their e-liquids on their site and said that it tasted funny - they removed the review. Obviously on Trustpilot this will be more difficult.
I cannot recommend Vapeland and would say this is one place to avoid.

Hi, our apologies you did not have a reply from us, we would not have question a broken mod and replaced it right away if we had known, we now have a phone number in case emails do not get through to us. Our eliquid have been from the same supplier since we began, they have not informed us of any formula change, the thickness of the liquids is to do with the ratio of pg/vg. We have 80/20pg/vg so it will be thinner than others that are higher vg as this is what causes the thickness in the juices.
Again my sincere apologies for the non contact we have tried to stop this happening now by adding a phone number.

Two dud coils but fantastic customer service
I ordered two CCELL coils and unfortunately both were dud. However, Vapeland were fantastic and sent out two replacements which arrived the next day, AND a full pack of alternative coils that they recommended for my tank. Superb service.
