Card compromised the last 4 times I…

Card compromised the last 4 times I purchased there.(they tried to say maybe it was anywhere I used the card..(3 times it happen where all different stores except VapeNW was alwasys one of the stores and the last time it happen it was just Vapenw on a brand new card used on a phone this time..I always used different methods to do the purchases so that maleare excuse doesnt apply) the final time (and 4 cards later) The same day I took my new card out the mailbox I used it at VapeNW and the card had no more funds (it was a prepaid debit card) so put it away..the next week I get an alert at 2AM of someone trying to purchase something with the card.
I can no longer support this company stay far away (unless you just like having to replace your card after every time you purchase from them and or risk having your money stolen if you like those chances...then feel free)

We do not use the same platform, merchant processor, bank or gateway so however the old website was compromised I can assure you it no longer is. We also offer a 90 warranty on all non clearance devices and respond promptly same or next business day to all inquiries. I hope you will give us a new shot!

steer clear of vape nw

Jan. 29th 2018 tried to order nearly 200 bucks of stuff from these clowns. Although the payment processed on my visa card they abruptly canceled my order because their security software had supposedly raised a red flag. Still waiting for refund. Screw these guys!!!!!!

If there was an option for zero stars

If there was an option for zero stars, I would click it. I have never seen so much incompetence from a company. They have such difficulty just receiving online orders. I wasn't even able to place an order because they keep canceling my order and then messing up what I placed in my cart. How can a order Dept be so stupid? Don't waste your time shopping here.

They are awesome

Bought gx350 and beast tank leaked on first fill. Sent them a trouble ticket on website. Within 2 hours they had new o rings and coils shipped out. I love these guys they're customer service and prices can't be beat.

Horrible Customer Service.

I purchased the SMOK GX350 from them received it yesterday and when I opened the box the mod was in bad shape. Scratched screen, scratches on the mod that someone tried to paint over, a nic on top like it was dropped, the batter cover and port had paint chipping, the resovior is also chipped and it wasn't 100% clean. I thought I purchased a used mod on accident at 1st, but it never said used on the website. So I called and I asked if they sold used mods on their website, and they told me no they do not sell used mods on their website. So I told him that my mod looks heavily used and has damages, I would like for it to be replaced. He told me to contact customer service and send them pictures of the mod and that's what I did. They reply to me the next day and tell me that it looks like manufacturer's defects and the scratches on the screen are on the screen protector which there isn't one on the mod. I told them that I wanted it to be replaced and they told me pretty much that there's nothing they could do for me, I need to contact SMOK and have them replace it because SMOK wouldn't take it back from them if they took it back. I didn't ask for money or free merchandise or anything like that. I just wanted what I paid for a new mod and that's exactly what I didn't get. They just keep going back and forth telling me it's a manufacturer defect. Wt#! A manufacturer defect this damn bad from a company with a rep like SMOK, HELL NO! I just want what I paid for. I'll never shop there again, and I'll make sure no one I know does either. I'll post the pics to there FB page so you can see.

this company is terrible

this company is terrible. I ordered a vape on the 5th and paid for two day shipping. I haven't gotten it yet and its the 16th. I've tried to call them almost everyday (after the first three days of waiting) at multiple different times of the day and I haven't even gotten an answer.

Received a faulty product and they …

Received a faulty product and they basically told me that it my problem to sort out with the manufacturers. I didn't even want a refund, just a replacement.

They are slow to process your order

They are slow to process your order , if you are unhappy with the product they only offer store credit , and if you request a refund it take 3- 5 days on their end to process it even though it takes them all of 4 seconds to take your money ... Myvapeshop is a much better company with the same or close prices

Really crappy customer service

Really crappy customer service. Ordered 2 day priority. Got it 5 days later. Asked for a refund of shipping charges and they said contact the post office. That's not my job. I just disputed with my CC company.
