Shocking customer service
So vape was playing up, smoking , getting really hot going on & off by itself …only purchased Feb 24th had no probs til that point. Always careful with it, not dropped cleaned device regularly made sure no juice in mod etc took it back had all packaging receipts etc. Told it would be sent to wallington sorted and have back by Monday most likely. Called most days, was told, ‘know nothing about it,’ or no record of this at all (had a copy of the form regarding return) also told I’ll speak to my manager who will speak to his manager …someone will call you (told that about 5 times) and so it goes on. Harassed the staff in store today then boom device is back 🤔 picked it up lad in store said unfortunately he knew nothing about it couldn’t even guess as to what was wrong etc device wouldn’t turn on so lad said must need charging. So take it home to charge, try and put it on NOTHING…..hasn’t even been touched by looks of it, in same condition as when I dropped it in there (am guessing it never actually went anywhere else) called Wallington strangely enough the lady their didn’t have a clue about it either! Until she ‘made a call’ then apparently it not fixable as it’s a customer fault….juice in top of device. Probably where it nearly blew up and I wasn’t to careful about putting things back in box neatly. Was no juice in prior that was never the issue. But clearly a way to deflect from having to deal with a genuine customer issue that would require actual customer service. No calls no information and been told today the shop worker should have explained situation….he had absolutely no clue at all, didn’t know what was wrong if anything had been done to it, no clue. So having been messed about for a week, no vape, no communication at all in fact no one had a clue about the issue at all. To then be told ‘sorry we don’t cover that, it’s customer fault’ wow just wow. Been buying from this place years never had an issue then when I do to be treated so appalling is mind blowing . Won’t be using ever again.
