Fantastic company!
I'm really very impressed with this company. They dispatch very quickly, same day in fact and so far, three orders in, the delivery times have been spot on! Always arrived 2 days later. Their customer service team is also very good. They are helpful and respond well to email communication. AND...even more impressive is the price of the disposable vapes I like. The cheapest I've found! All round, I cannot fault this company and I am a very happy customer!

We appreciate you taking the time to post a review. We can see that you most recently placed an order on 29/10/22. As per the message on our checkout when you placed your order, your order was shipped a bit later on 3/10/22, due to national royal mail strike days on 30/9/22 and 1/10/22.
We can see that you selected Royal Mail 48, a delivery service that typically arrives 2-4 working days following dispatch, and that it was delivered two days after it was dispatched.
We thank you for your understanding in this matter and sincerely apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for the inconvenience. Please do pay attention to any notices at the check-out since Royal Mail has announced that there will be an additional 19 strike days in the coming months.
