I don’t know whether I’ve been scammed but it’s been over 4 days and I don’t know where my order is I haven’t received a Royal Mail reference id to track my order and I don’t know what to do ?

We have just looked into this for you and can see that your order was dispatched on Tuesday 31st May via royal mail 48. You were also emailed your tracking reference on Tuesday 31st May so please do check your spam if you cannot find this in your inbox. Under this service royal mail usually aims to deliver 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after dispatch.
Currently only 1 working day has passed and we normally request for customers to allow Royal Mail the full 4 working days after dispatch to try and deliver. Please note as per the notice on our checkout there are two public bank holidays on Thursday 2nd June and Friday 3rd June which will cause some delay in your delivery.
Please rest assured that your order has been sent and is on its way to you. If you have not received your item within 4 working days (4 working days after dispatch ends on Wednesday 8th June), please contact us so that we may rectify the situation by reshipping a replacement to you.

Was a little weary of buying vape…
Was a little weary of buying vape liquid online due to a previous bad experience. But needn’t of worried. Vape potions has a vast amount of genuine stock, delivery was quick, and prices are good. I found ordering was easy and simple. You just can’t go wrong. Highly recommended.

What's not to like!
Fast service and great variety. I've been struggling to get coffee flavours as I'm not keen on sweet vape liquids so am really happy with the array of coffee liquids to chose from. Great prices too so what's not to like!

Absolutely pathetic
Absolutely pathetic, they insist you have a credit card or use a photo ID System that doesn't work to verify your age, you don't find this out til you purchase then they proceed to spam the hell out of your email about verifying, absolutely awful, do not recommend. The reply still doesn't change the review, had no issue with verifying through drip hacks or flavour boss after cancelling the order with you 😉

Hi,
Apologies you are unhappy with our age verification method. In the UK it’s illegal to sell age-restricted products, such as e-cigarettes, e-liquid and tobacco, to persons under the age of 18, so we must verify your age.
As customer service mentioned we are unable to dispatch any orders until a successful age verification has taken place. We have now cancelled and refunded your order as requested.
The platform we use “verify my age” is also used by eBay for age verification. We currently have a 99.8% ‘Approval Pass Rate’ on this platform with majority of customers getting verified automatically through electoral roll which is an automatic verification (uses your name and address for verification). In some cases, if auto verification is not possible verify my age will send you a link to verify through alternative means which include card/photo ID.
