Payment processing issues
Good shopping experience but they take a pre-auth on your card, for the value of the order, BEFORE you actually complete it. This means that if you decide to change your order in any way before completing payment, they have already 'locked out' the amount of funds required so you need to have double the funds in your account. Not impressed at this system and no warning given at all for this. This is borderline illegal since no obvious warning is given that a pre-auth is about to be taken.

Apologies to hear you have had a bad experience with our checkout. Please note we only use PayPal as our payment gateway. We have looked into this and can see that only one payment was taken. Once you have checked out and completed your PayPal details you are be able to review your order before you complete your purchase (when you are returned to our website). We do this as we require your billing address to complete the payment. As per PayPal's guidelines if you do not choose to complete your payment the pre-authorisation usually drops off within one working day.
We ran a few tests and there were no pre-authorisation transactions on Paypal. This was on a standard paypal account with a credit card setup as a payment method when testing.
Please do email our customer services team at support@vapepotions.co.uk to discuss any issues you faced, we are more than happy to assist with any issues you came across in regards to your PayPal payment.
Apologies again you experienced this issue during your shopping experience with us.
