Low prices but poor delivery options. There are much better companies than Royal Mail with lower prices & guaranteed next day delivery, rather than the hit and miss "1st class" service that can take a week or more.

We are always reviewing delivery options but we haven't had any customer issues on delivery up until now so have stuck with RM.
