What I would say is I had about 15 orders that were excellent - accurate and posted quickly. But recently I placed an order and the wrong flavours were sent (that I don’t like). I contacted them about this and they sent a message saying that they would look into this. 2 weeks have passed and there has been no communication and no attempt to correct their mistake. There hasn’t been an apology either. So I have moved onto another company for my regular supply. I appreciate mistakes can happen but it seems reasonable to at least apologise and honour the order that was placed. That just hasn’t happened. Dissappointed :(

Waste of time. Ordered on 2nd August expecting same day dispatch as they advertised this. Nothing arrived so I chased it up. Eventually told item not in stock. Requested refund and heard nothing back. Will need to file a chargeback via my bank, which will cost VapeSuite money on top of the refund. Ridiculous.

I gave this company a second chance after my first order, which I paid for 24-hour delivery, arrived late. Unfortunately, it happened again. This time, one item was unavailable, and when my order finally arrived, the other item wasn’t even working. I’m gutted as I purchased it to give it for my friend as she asked me she want a vape.

I paid for 24-hour delivery and expected better service. Very disappointing. I may give them one more chance and order again, and I’ll update my review depending on how they handle and resolve these issues.

So easy to use and very quick sevice

Vapesuite give fantastic offers. I always buy the 4 for 18.00£ 10k crystal pro vape pods.Theres so many flavours to choose from, and you ll keep tasting the flavour until they run out, ive been buying them for ages and you wont have any 'duds' or leakage with any of them.Theyre great.

I had a bad experience with my last two orders after they confirmed via WhatsApp that they had plenty of stock of the items I wanted, prior to me ordering.
After receiving this confirmation, I placed my order straight away and the payment was taken from my bank... after which Vapesuite contacted me to say that they were actually out of stock.
I then had to wait over a week to be refunded which was frustrating because this left me without the funds to shop elsewhere.
Poor customer service, dishonest and unreliable. Very disappointed ☹️

I placed an order through the vapesuite website and I was then sent a WhatsApp saying the item was out if stock, a refund was issued and I placed an alternative order which was sent out within a couple of days.

I have always had brilliant service. On a few occasions, what I wanted was out of stock. They phoned me up and helped me to choose another flavour. Now I put an alternative in the notes, incase they haven't got it. When there has been a minor issue, right at the start of me using the company, they sent out a free vape as a small thank you for understanding. Now I only buy my vapes here and often get a freebie, which my husband is always grateful for😆 10/10...100% No complaints ever. 😁
