If there was a zero then they would have achieved it.
Order apparently despatched but Royal Mail never received it. Emailed to query and was told it would be looked in to. Never received a response. 3 emails later and still no response. Steer clear, gotta be an absolute s*^t show of an organisation or a scam.
Very unprofessional!
Bought few items, two of them were wrong.
Contact them by email no response! Then I contacted by WhatsApp and they said “let me check and I’ll get back to you” … nothing
So I contacted them AGAIN , he responded saying to ship back the wrong items and gave me an address. So after I responded that I think it’s unfair me paying for postage back and asked for prepaid label . He then replays I’ll get back to you Monday. Never did .
Not great company and won’t recommend
