Shocked by all the bad reviews about vaping direct , ive been using this company for several years for my e liquids and have never had a problem they always keep me updated about my order which i have always recieved within 48 hours , im wandering is there two companies called "vaping direct" because the comments im seeing on here certainly does not sound like the one that i order from ...the vaping direct i order from is based in trafford manchester can anyone clarify this

Awful company, order before last was never sent. They didn't reply to numerous emails so I found a number for their manufacturer who apologised and said they would sort it. Still didn't arrive and then they turned up 5 weeks after I placed my order. Awful company who have no regard for loyal customers!! Everything is out of stock on their website, which is strange as they are allegedly the manufacturers. I have found a new supplier now, who provide an excellent service and will stay with them now. All eliquids one pound, what more can you want 🙂

Used this company for a few years with no problems. According to Companies House they’ve changed owners recently. Recent order never arrived and completely ignored after sending numerous e- mails. Avoid this company like the plague

I've been using this company for years and my last order hasn't been fulfilled. No communication from the company either. Sadly I haven't been refunded either. Looked into it and the company no longer exists.

Ordered 20 oils from them online and they sent the wrong ones so i emailed them and told them .5 Emails later sent by me and they did not even bother to reply to any.I have been a regular customer for around 4 years so they obviously dont care about the service .My advise is look for another supplier rather than them

Took my money but no goods and do not answer emails phone number on web site is not them

Contacted my bank (HSBC) and they recovered the money the next day. Well done HSBC

This company was dissolved on 17/01/2023 so any hope of getting goods or money are gone. They are still able to operate though?

Paid for order £30,on 28th Dec.
No delivery,countless e-mails,phone number different company altogether. Looked at company house and they have filed for insolvency but still accepting orders and taking payment,ILLEGAL!!

Absolute bullsh*t company. Complete scam. Doesn't send your items and doesn't respond to emails. I suggest everyone reports them for fraud through their banks. All of their company info is online so report them.

Ordered and paid £30 6Jan received order number. Then absolutely nothing. Sent 10 plus emails even to the website one, no response. Made several phone calls including to the factory, my message and order number will be passed on. One phone number was a completely different company.
How is this company allowed to get away with this?, and how is it that there are a few good reviews?.

Ordered 22nd December, payment taken but no order received and no reply to emails. AVOID

Ordered 14th Dec they took my money 48 hour delivery a joke still waiting I have sent numerous emails they have ignored them beware do not waste your money terrible customer service will never use them again and will warn others who I no use them

I ordered 12th December and paid £5 for 48hr delivery, I still havnt received my order and I'm still waiting for a reply to one of my numerous emails. Terrible company, buyer beware! That's £25 wasted which I can't afford to lose

ordered online with delivery in 48 hours with a £5 delivery charge, 4 days later no delivery , not even a confirmation of dispatch and now not answering emails.

Ordered many times from these guys now and will continue to do so in the future (although their delivery charges have gone quite high now I guess that can't be helped by them)

Ordered from this company previously but they are now charging £30 to deliver to Northern Ireland.

This is a disgraceful charge as the postage would only be a matter of pence.

Blaming the hike on fuel costs is laughable as they aren't driving it over - shameful profiteering.

Terrible service! The courier decided to put my delivery in my bin without telling anyone then the bins got emptied! and at the time of delivery I was sitting in the house so a knock on the door would of done! Vaping direct have ignored countless emails from me and are not taking responsibility! Their employee Dominic Bartle replied once now he's completely ignoring me aswell! I would not recommend vaping direct absolutely useless save yourself the hassle

II ordered 7days ago and still no delivery or reply from the company, do not use, looks very much like a scam, loads of emails sent and nothing

Excellent company to deal with. Dealt with them on a regular basis, ordering liquids, for quite some time. A couple of months ago orders were not arriving. However, after emailing them the situation was sorted the same day, and replacement orders arrived the following day. The problem seems to lay with DPD, NOT Vaping Direct. People who are saying it is a scam are talking out of their backsides. Obviously those reviewers don't know how to deal with problems correctly.
