Vapor seller was very quick, responsive, and effective in the communication and fulfillment of my order. Online portal was easy to use and showed status clearly.

The whip I ordered, however, was of low quality. The tubing would deform and holes would form near the head heating element side of the whip. Other whips are made of thicker material, which prevents deformation when exposed to hear. Other than the product itself, I rate this cpany favorably in their ability to answer and process orders efficiently

I had an issue with a mod I bought (manufacturer defect) and months after purchase they held the warranty and fixed the issue promptly. When contacting them I get almost immediate response. Have been ordering from them for months. Highly recommend.

I had some trouble with my order for several weeks, but spoke with Daniel the service rep and fixed everything and I received my order in two days free shipping because of my wait on the product.. Quick and prompt service they provided much appreciated, thank you Vapor seller....

I ordered replacement part for hotbox 01/03/2017, today is 01/09/2017 and I have received nothing and no contact from company. Next day shipping is bull oney apparently, dont order unless you like to wait till ????? to use your new toy. I would much rather have paid more and actually gotten my stuff than order and wait till ?????? Company gets a big brown frown from me, no stars. Then they try to hide all these bad service reviews by claiming no record of it despite them sending me a confirmation number. With all these shady reviews and other reputable businesses available do you really want to chance it?

We ordered a Volcano on 12/22 and paid extra for two day shipping. The order never arrived and although I called and left a voice message, emailed them directly and contacted them through their website I never received a response. Instead over a week after we placed the order, they sent an invoice showing the charge did not go through (in other words we were not getting the device). Out of good faith we decided to give them one more chance, which put us back in the same position. Our order was placed 12/30 and we never received any kind of shipment confirmation or communication at all. We were afraid to cancel the order, as we knew we would not receive a response to our request. We decided t post a review after reading what others had to say, hoping that this might encourage the company to communicate with us. Then suddenly on 1/10 in spite of never receiving communication or a shipment confirmation, we received our order. It was in good shape and exactly as expected, however there was not an invoice in the box or any kind of a shipping slip. Due to the lack of communication, we would not order from this company again nor could we recommend them to others.

Unfortunately vaporseller has not provided proof of thieir claimed responses. My review was honest and had to be verified through Trustpilot. The lack of communication is even more confusing when I see how quickly they will respond to a poor review. I can also see other reviews mentioning this poor communication.

The company was out of the color mod that I wanted. The operations manager was extremely helpful and apologized for the inconvenience, expedited my delivery, and threw in a couple free items. I can not express how greatful I am for such excellent customer service. I recommend vaporseller.com to anyone, and I'll be using them for all my vape supplies from now on.

Had a question about an order and how quickly I could receive. Spoke to Daniel (manager) at Vapor Seller and he went above and beyond to get the product out the door and delivered to me.... Can't stress enough how helpful he was. And the prices are unbeatable as well! Absolutely will be dealing with them on all future vaping purchases.

My initial review was a 1 star. I then had to change my review to a 5 star before they would send my product. After editing the review my order had still not been shipped so I contacted them again. Another rude customer service guy acted like I shouldn't be calling and bothering him. I have this call recorded. I finally received my Smok Kooper Knight Vape Box and they shipped the wrong color. I will just save myself the headache of returning and be thankful I received anything at all. These guys operate under the parent company Namaste Technologies Inc. Who I will be contacting as well. I've taken screen shots of my order and recorded the ridiculous phone conversations I had with these folks. DO NOT BUY FROM Vaporseller.com. Go ahead and flag this guys I can quickly prove it accurate and true.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING. PHONE CALLS ARE WORTH LESS BUT DID GET MY ITEM

My two previous orders were cancelled due to high volume sales and low supply. When I called and spoke to Daniel, he told me he would send me a comparable vape and tank that I ordered my mom for Christmas and he sent it out for free. My second order was placed on December 8th and was cancelled on December 22nd. When I called upset about this, Daniel made it right. I received the free order today. While it's late for Christmas, I am very happy with Daniel''s customer service and understanding. Thank you vapor sellers!

I purchase a Snow Wolf online from this merchant. It worked for less than 3 days. They would not let me return it even though their return policy on the website said that I could return it for 7 days. They said that I had to return it to the manufacturer. I paid to ship it to the manufacturer and a week later, the manufacturer called me to tell me they couldn't fix it as it was a knockoff! Don't throw your money away!

I would give zero stars if it were available. I placed an order in November as a Christmas gift. After waiting several days, I emailed to check on the hold up. Apparently if it doesn't come after 3 days, it's not going to come. I received nothing notifying me of this until their reply to my inquiry. I have yet to receive a refund even though they state refunds are issued within 24-72 hours. I've been waiting over two weeks for my money back. Apparently, it is their practice to sell products that are not in stock and then keep your money. Very inconvenient that I ordered this as a gift and was left scrambling trying to find a reputable company in time for Christmas. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service.
