Very disappointed
Ordered and paid for product on the 26th May.
No sign of it on the 3rd Juni but had been following on GLS track and trace.
First called GLS who informed me that the package was damaged and returned to sender.
Call Varerum.dk to hear if a new one was on the way.
They would look into it and call back.
No call back! Through out the day I call 3 times, each time getting a diferent story and promises of a call back.
No call back.
Call again following day for yet another story. finally being told at kl.17.00 that they have no answer for me. When I kindly informed them that this should not be my problemthat they can not find there package. So please dispatch a new as soon as possible or refund my money. This did not seem possible to dispatch a new one! Rudely ending being told I will get my money back.
I am waiting to see my money but left with out the product I ordered for my company which has delayed our business further.
I hope this was just a one off but I will not be shopping here again.
I spoke to different people on the phone and can not most were friendly but not helpful but the last was just rude.

Jeg har gennemgået din ordre.
Varen er bestilt hos os kl. 14.48 og vi har afsendt samme dag kl. 19.02.
Herefter bliver pakken desværre beskadiget under GLS transporten og efterfølgende forsvinder den (bliver den sendt retur til en forkert adresse), så den ikke kommer rigtigt retur i vores system.
Det har desværre givet en del problemer i den konkrete sag, da vi først kan sende en ny eller tilbageføre pengene, når vi har pakken retur, eller at vi som minimum har bekræftet fra GLS, at den er på vej til os i forbindelse med fragtskade.
Pengene er som aftalt tilbageført til din konto og jeg beklager meget den oplevelse du har haft.

Some misstakes but good customer support!
Varerum made a couple of misstakes, charged more than agreed on and shipped the wrong product (ordered chariot carrier cx1 for one child and recieved the cx2 for two children). However, they were quick to answer to my complaints and corrected the misstakes to my satisfaction. I think I was just a bit unlucky with my first order and mistakes can happen to everyone, as long as they are corrected as soon as possible I can somewhat overlook this, to many misstakes to get five stars tough.
I will shop from varerum again due to excelent price and support!

Very satisfied, not far from perfect.
I'm satisfied with your services. The only one sugguestion is to note that then you are sending to Norway, you have to fill in organisation number or if it's private person his personal number. I didn't knew about that and my package stucked in custom because of that until I will pay taxes. I need to wait until they send me bill and just after they will receive my payment package will sent to me. Very uncomfortable and it's can be avoided very easily by noticing about that in delivery form.

Excellent and speedy service and very helpful staff. Can recommend purchasing from this company.
The web site was easy to use, once the order was placed it took only 2 days before I could pick up my goods. Despite the fact that I was not able to select GLS delivery on the web site (the function didn't works that day), I sent a mail to the customer service address asking that the goods be sent via GLS and not Post Denmark. This was not a problem and I could pick up my parcel at my local Kiosk the next day. A really good shopping experience!

Excellent service and great prices
I could not be happier with my purchase of the Thule Pacific 200 DS Black Aero Skin roof box. I drove all the way from Oslo, Norway to Lystrup, Denmark to purchase it and I was not disappointed. Got a fast reply to my e-mail from the sales staff confirming that the item was in stock in the Lystrup shop. When I got there, they let me drive into their heated garage to mount the roof box on my car and they even came back to me with a small teddy bear as a gift when they saw that I had my 8 month old son in the car. Could not be happier with the service at this place! 10/10!
