More bad service.
We got a sofa from them 4 years ago. I didnt realise it only had a 2 year grantee. After 3 years we noticed a small area the fake leather pealing off. I contacted not much of a answer a year later the whole sofa cover is destroyed. I contact again They ask se questions and say they always try to find a solution and has been radio silence ever since. Seems the bad service is a trend. Looking into alternative routes to bring up issue as seems they proposly sell low quality items
After months of fighting we were offered a 200 euro discount on a new sofa as apparently our fault due to essessive sweating haha. We bought a sofa from ikea and a year on still looks like new and has a 10 year warranty.
