It is absolutely amazing! The tour was great and my kids loved it! We got to see props and meet people from YouTube who were friendly and kind! The website is fantastic too!!

The items are the best! And I cant wait for the tour!

We loved our visit to Vat19. My boys loved getting to meet people they had seen in countless Youtube videos, props from the videos and the behind the scenes of how the videos are made and an ecommerce store is run. Very cool. We also loved the great prizes on the prize wheel at the end of the tour. Top Notch!

The tour far exceeded our expectations. Kerry was delightful. We met Ben and Danny and Jon. And we also met Maddie and watched a video that hadn't been launched on youtube yet. The kids loved shopping the warehouse and spinning the prize wheel. You guys really know your audience and deserve every subscriber you get!

The tour was very geared towards children, and even though me and my fiancé came without kids, we had a great time! Everyone was so friendly!

Junk and no way worth the $50 I spent! My son was so disappointed. Flee market junk.

I don't know what I expected, honestly. Up until my son asked to visit Vat19 to celebrate his birthday, I didn't even realize the company operated out of St. Louis. When we visited the website to sign up, the description seems to suggest it's a fairly mundane experience; you're just walking through their warehouse and seeing some of their behind the scenes operations. "Manage expectations accordingly."

Well, I was blown away. That description IS technically true, but wow... they really let us see everything and meet practically everybody! As a Mom with four teens, I'd been exposed to enough Vat19 videos to have a passing familiarity with some of the regular players on their videos. I didn't expect to meet them on the tour, much less for them to be so casual and welcoming with us. My son's birthday celebration wound up being one of our most memorable! Thank you so much for offering this!

I honestly had the best time, I’ve been watching the channel since around 2008 and I’ve loved so much of the products they had online. Gotten to meet so much of the crew and they are as nice as they are in their videos, I very much appreciate them having me their and I would highly recommend the tour

Such a fun tour and experience. The kids loved it and our tour guide was amazing. Saw lots of fun things and a bunch of the people involved in the videos.

Fun tour with lots of great prizes for the kids. Thank you. I would prefer if the shopping portion of the tour was at the end since we purchased items quickly but had to wait another 20 minutes for the others in the group to make decisions. Also, more company history would make it more interesting for the adults but kids were satisfied!

We flew in from Toronto to see VAT19 and we all loved it. My kids loved seeing how the business runs, meeting the people that they see on the videos and shopping in the warehouse. What an amazing group of people. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Thank you for amazing experience.

It was a surprise trip for our grandsons, who quote Vat19 videos on YouTube all the time. They were very happy and said it was a great way to end summer vacation before going back to school. Needless to say, we became cool grandparents that day! Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating with all the children. Great job!

I took my grandson on this tour. I did not know what to expect. The tour & the folks at VAT19 were awesome! Very friendly, patient & welcoming.
