I would give 0 stars if I could. if you want an absolutely useless insurance company that will overcharge you and then sue/put you in debt collection you when you try to leave them go with these absolute wastes of good paper.
I wouldn’t take any insurance or so ever with this company. I opened a pilar 3 with them, and after a few moths I desided to move the money to Frankly which gives me more security. I lost with the Vaudoise more than the 50% of the money I had with them. A penalty for cancelling it so. Ssd!!
Stay far away from this insurance!
Worst insurance I've ever experienced. They advertise with covering the costs for castration but they don't pay anything. We had our female dog castrated and called before we went to the vet. They said they gonna cover the costs after the "Selbstbehalt" is full.
The surgery was a bit more than 1000CHF but they didn't cover anything. It's a waste of money. Stay far away from them!
My cat has heart disease and after the doctor consultation and ultrasound, I attached all the documents for reimbursement. All the cases were declined by the insurance saying that they couldn't cover and my case was during waiting period ?? whaat?
Next year we will end this insurance.
