While the product received was pretty good quality, the front wrap shawl I purchased was HUGE! I am not a little woman by any means but this thing swam on me! When ordering, I checked out their return policy and it appeared it would not be a problem if I had to return it, however, once in contact with the website, I was told the returns are in China only and the cost to ship was more than the value of the product. They offered me a 10% refund and to keep the item which I had no choice but to do (and will gift it to a women's homeless center) but I will never purchase from them again and I advise anyone contemplating a purchase from this site to think twice! I normally come to Trustpilot to check reviews before purchasing from an unknown site - I don't know what I was thinking by not vetting them. My suggestion, DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

I received everything without a long wait time and it was exactly how it was in the pictures!! Great quality!! Will buy from here again!

READ the RETURN POLICY !!! Cannot return items unless "poor quality issue, like a tear or stain it seems, they decide what is returnable. They wont do free return tag either. Good LUCK with these scammers!!

One outfit fit nicely, the other was too small. They were the same size.

Read Return requirements before ordering. If it doesn't fit and it's too late to reorder a different size you can not return for a refund. They offer a $10 refund credit only. They only offer refund for quality problems.

Trying to return dress and blouse. They have no record of my order!! but they charged my credit card!!!

My dresses do not fit properly. The. Material is so flimsy. They are too tight and one is much longer than a midi. They only look good in the pictures. Trying to make contact with customer service is impossible. The number they give you to call is fake. The add for these dresses say they are made in Massachusetts, USA yet both my dresses have a tag on them that says, “MADE IN CHINA”. I want to return them and get my money back but I can’t reach them.

I’m trying to reach customer service. Can’t find it. Need to return dress. They tell you to contact customer service but make it impossible. F this company. The dress was nothing like the picture. Cheaply made looks horrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible quality and not sized correctly. Tried to start return and after 7 e-mails back and forth with them trying to offer me $20 to keep their crap, I finally did a dispute with my credit card. Don't order from them, the good reviews are fakes.

I love everything that I have ever bought from Vaugu - and I have bought A LOT!! The quality is perfect and the prices are amazing. I couldn't speak on "customer service" as I have never even considered returning anything I've received. Seriously.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! This company is a complete Scam!! The quality of the clothing is horrible. They would not refund me until I sent (and paid for shipping) clothing back. I mailed items back to DUBAI UAE from the US Post Office in October. It finally got to DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES on December 29, 2023. I was waiting form my FULL REFUND and received a message from the US Post Office on January 12, 2024 that my items are back in the United States. This is ridiculous!! Items were horrible and now I am getting them back and not refunded and paid postage to send back. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!

Vagu is a terrible company. They refuse to allow returns. They misrepresent sizes and the quality of their products. Don’t waste your money.

I love these dresses. I live in Arizona where it is very hot so the light weight of the fabric is perfect. Also, I can stock up because the price of your dresses is so reasonable.

Horrible company. Do not buy anything from them. I ordered dresses from them July 19th. It’s August 26 and they’re still not here.
Reached out to them and they said to “be patient.” Ridiculous. Tried to cancel order and get money back, but can’t. DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Complete sham.

I ordered two dresses in the same size one was too tight and the other too loose. I like the dresses but feel the sizing is inaccurate.

This company is a complete SHAM! The quality of the items are completely horrendous, shipping took over a month and they will not even come close to refunding in full. They should not be allowed to do any sort of business in the United States and should be shut down immediately. Do not order from this company...nothing is as it seems. If you have ordered from this company and are not satisfied with your purchase, do not engage with them on a refund, contact your credit card company and dispute the charge immediately.

I highly suspect that most of these 'good' reviews are entirely fake. If your dress does not fit they will never let you exchange it or give you a refund. So if you're good with the risk - that's fine. If not, this is a MUST to avoid! Buyer beware!
