Really impressed with the overall experience. The customer service was spot on from start to finish and quick responses and genuinely helpful when I had a few questions before ordering. The range of products is excellent, loads of choice depending on what you’re looking for, and the quality is exactly what you’d expect. Everything arrived well packaged and on time. I ordered some wheel centres over two months ago and got an order confirmation on the day. I heard NOTHING for 6 weeks then had an email saying the items were due to ‘them’ immediately and would be dispatched to me ‘urgently’ Over 3 weeks later they arrive out of the blue. By which time I’d totally given up on them and bought elsewhere due to the ridiculous delay and shockingly bad communication! So I then returned the goods at MY expense with a letter of complaint asking for a refund and NO RE-STOCKING CHARGE TO BE MADE!! Guess what? I’ve been notified by PayPal that the refund is some £10 less than I paid and no refund of postage to compensate me for THEIR unprofessionalism. My complaint letter has been ignored and they have arrogantly made a re-stocking charge despite my request NOT to and my accompanying complaint. Arrogant, cynical, unprofessional, slow, non-proactive; and LOST MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE. And hopefully anyone else who has time to read this genuine review. I strongly recommend you DO NOT deal with Partsworld/ Vauxhall Accessories in Cannock; especially if you need the parts within a reasonable timescale. If you can wait for months and accept their appalling customer service skills; go ahead; best of luck to you!! Dave Watson

Ordered some wheel caps for my little car 3 days ago, paid £8.10 for standard delivery which I believe is alittle high considering they are using evri which I use offen, the item I’m receiving weighs less than 2.5kg and the dimensions 42x42x10 should only be £4.20 and having a contract with them surely postage would be much cheaper not nearly double. Such disappointing penny pinching scam behaviours from big companies. For the price of postage I’d expect a better delivery service as I received an email today stating my item MAY arrive on the 15th (another 6 days) so 9 days in total, this type of profiting should be illegal, it’s definitely immoral. Granted, It’s only a few pounds….. but with every customer it mounts up to millions for simply over charging your customers for a service instead of appreciating them for using your service when cheaper options are available.
….besides that, finding the part for my car was easy, making the purchase was easy, navigating the website was straight forward. Just waiting…. And waiting….and waiting for my item to arrive now.

Purchased a Ampera Charging Station
Purchased a Ampera Charging Station, when the Electrician opened the unit to install, he discovered that the unit as been used and was in a very dangerous condition with burnt connections and bare frayed wires,, awaiting reply from contact page to discuss, very disappointed with the service, and could have put my life and family at risk if the Electrician had not noticed the damage before installing. Update : all sorted full refund given and very helpful staff,thanks you.

I ordered the wrong car mats by accident, for a Crossland not a grandland, my silly mistake I know.
I contacted the company by email explaining the situation and asking if I could send them back for an exchange of the correct ones, they made this very hard work, twice they sent me an email asking me the condition of them, were they used, I explained already they are brand new, I only received them that day, they don't fit because they are for a different model car but they still kept asking that question and requesting pictures. I still have the car mats, they did not answer my question where their branch was so I could bring them back in person for an exchange. Delivery charge was expensive aswel
