Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service, I’ve had my shutters ‘repaired’ four times since they were fitted in May 2025 and now the corner joints have all split again. Ive rung them many times and sent emails and photographs of the problems and although they assured me that someone would call me back 6 times nobody has so I have to keep calling them which is very frustrating and i feel sorry for the people that answer the phones because they don’t have any backup from the managers even though they try to help. I intend to seek legal advice, they are very unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone

Always used VBC in past but never…

Always used VBC in past but never again.
Appalling service. Incorrect blinds 3 times and not a word of apology in fact tried to blame us!!
Even emailed a complaint twice with no response.
Maybe we weren’t spending enough!

Not the same ownership, poorer quality products

As a returning customer, previously supplied and fitted patio blinds and basic roller voile 18months ago. I was keen to guarantee the same again. Despite this company being pricey then.
Second time around the price had become much more just for roller blinds but went ahead as fitting would be good. The fitting and quality were awful
One bedroom double cassette is flimsy tin like fittings and not fitted square. The voile has stains. The dining room where a voile had already been fitted by the previous visit was moved needlessly for the blackout blind purchased as an addition and now gets stuck on the window handle. Payment is requested on the day as fitter rings it in. Previously the practice would be a letter, invoice a week later

Rubbish customer service

Took 3 attempts for VBC to stick to the appointment they made and even on the 3rd attempt they called to try and rearrange.
When VBC attended they measured the window where the blind was required but wasn’t sure if they had all the samples and there maybe more in the show room.
Tried to arrange to visit the showroom. I called the first time and they advised the Grantham branch would be closed but open the following week. We turned up at 10.00 on the 6th September after confirmation it was open after speaking to an advisor on Friday. Surprise surprise we turn up and all the shutters are down and the showroom was closed.
Since Adrian has retired the place appears to be very disorganised which is a shame as we have used VBC several times. Time to take our business elsewhere!

Professional but friendly

Keith the gentleman who came and measured for our blinds was friendly and professional gave his advice without being pushy and talked us through the different materials and options also Charlie the lady in the showroom very friendly and welcoming very happy with service and the quality of our blinds :) the gentleman johnathan who fitted the blinds today did a great job especially as we have quite awkward bay windows very happy

Blinds look great

Blinds look great. The motorised patio door blinds are amazing. Kieth, the fitter was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for him. Would highly recommend VBC

As always exceptional service &…

As always exceptional service & realistic prices.
They can not be beaten on price, quality and service.
5 stars to Nigel also. One of the nicest gentlemen ever. Office staff are absolutely brilliant too.
Highly recommend to anyone.

I purchased blinds for our whole…

I purchased blinds for our whole property a few years ago and they have been excellent. A handle snapped a week ago and the company have been excellent in providing replacements. I measure customer service by the actions after sales and when something goes wrong. VBC Premier Blinds have passed with flying colours. Thank you very much Tracey.
Highly recommend them for orders large and small.

Came out and measured for our blinds very helpful gave good advice, he also fitted the blinds with another fitter.Cleaned up after showed us how to use them,do's and donts highly recommend them

Amazing service from VBC Premier…

Amazing service from VBC Premier blinds. I normally check trustpilot before I buy. There was no listing. Checked facebook and things were positive on there, so I took a gamble on them. The gamble paid off! Great service, the chap who measured up was also the fitter. He was friendly, professional, made no mess and my overall experience was excellent..... and I am a fussy customer aka Karen! If I need more blinds, I will be contacting them again. Well done VCB!
