They Block the Withdrawal of Winnings

I had £10 left in my VBet account that I hadn't used since 2020.

They emailed me recently to tell me the account was dormant and was going to be closed. So I logged in and put £5 each way on a horse at about 20/1.

The horse won!

I tried to withdraw the winnings to a new bank card cos the old one had expired. However they said my VBet account wasn't verified, despite it being opened and used about six years ago.

They blocked my account and the withdrawal and asked me to send them:

1) scans of two bank cards: the one that I tried to withdraw to, and the one that I had deposited with in 2022 which has long since expired, and I obviously don't have anymore

2) copies of two bank statements. One from 2020 when I last deposited into my VBet account showing the transaction. I checked at Nationwide and I can only access statements as far back as 2022. And another current statement.

3) a selfie of me holding my passport. The passport details have to be easy to read, and they insisted that my entire lower arm from the elbow to my hand has to be in the selfie to prove its my hand holding the passport. I'm pretty tall and it's physically impossible to get all of my lower arm into the selfie and also keep the passport details legible as I need to hold my phone pretty far out from my body.

There are many other bookies out there. These guys are best avoided.

RUBBISH SITE

If I could give this company No stars I would, but unfortunately one is the least you can give. Do not use this company they do not take any sort of decent wage? They keep asking for documentation and when you send them it EXACTLY as as they request it, they reply you have not sent the correct documentation or it is unreadable? Unfortunately this is just another example of a gambling site that only wants mugs playing on their Casino platform,PLEASE Do Not Use This Company.

Probably the worst " casino" i ever…

Probably the worst " casino" i ever met...and i met a lot. I deposited 100 ddk. ( I always deposit minimum and then withdraw same amount to check time for withdrawal) . It said my money was frozen because my account was not validated. Eventhough i logged on with the mandatory ( Denmark) Mit-ID. They wanted me to upload personal documents...AFTER they accepted a deposit. I tried calling the scamsters ..to NO avail. Then tried to find their " 24/7" online chat...not to be found. STAY FAR away from this sorry site.

Scam

Deposit £10 and place a bet for the welcome offer, welcome offer states and sport will qualify, turns out you cant do horses so ive lost my £10

The terms contradict themselves so you are highly unlikely to qualify for the welcome offer, then when you do you wont be able to withdraw your money, like the other scammers over at 888sport

Awful new customer experience.

This company has a bizarre way of "welcoming" new customers.

I'm in my 40's and never gambled online before in my life (I've never gambled on the high street either). I thought I'd give these a go as I spotted a new customer offer online and fancied a go.

I signed up, submitted my driving licence as ID, which was accepted. Then deposited £10 and started playing on the slots. A few spins in I get an email saying I didn't submit the back of my driving licence and my account's on hold, fair enough, so I submit a photo of the back.

I then get an email saying driving licence accepted, but they now want me to submit proof of my money from a list of options; recent payslips, bank statements, property sales, inheritance, and so on.

I only wanted to gamble £10! I told them they aren't getting any more documents from me, and if that's an issue then close my account. They closed my account and said in email "I also would like to ask whether you feel comfortable with your gambling?". It's like I was being accused of something! A really bizarre way of treating a new customer.

On top of this I found typo's on their website, the first slot I tried kept crashing with an error message across mutliple browsers and multiple devices, and one of their emails to me they addressed me with the wrong name and acount number. Not exactly a professional service.

I did get my £10 refund the next day. I just wish I had read these TrustPilot reviews first before I gave them any of my info. I will now be submitting a subject access request to them, and exercising my right to be forgotten.

Disgusting

Disgusting! I just opened an account even though I have seen the negative reviews, they basically took my money, did not offer me any service and then started asking for extra documentation even though I have sent it even before they asked for it.Stay away from them as much as possible. Will update if anything changes,by now the most disgraceful bookie I have ever had an account with.

totally ignorant and rude, no explanations!!!!

Found them totally ignorant and rude. When I went to login it said client blocked. I found how to chat with them without logging in as I couldn't. They said I failed verification. I replied to say I can supply what ever they need. There response was you failed our verification how can I, me, myself fail. It's their system that has failed and I wasn't given the decency to verify who I am and where I live etc with my documentation. If I were you I wouldn't bother with them. On writing this review I see that they already have a very poor score. Only to be made worse by my review.

Fulgur pay and Vbet

Fulgur pay, Vbet (Betting website)
Bothe are Legit big fat scam.
I exchanged my FTN 312/ into ETH
Which was worth around 1010 Canadian dollar 4 days ago.
The payment went successful into Fulgur pay address but i still haven’t received my ETH for til now which have been around 4days.
Funny thing is ETH since yesterday and til now has been dropped over 20 percent of its price and keep decreasing. Its annoying that crypto exchange taking this much of a time but also i won’t get paid proper amount of ETH that i expected when i made my decision to exchange. Support team just read my message and ending up ignoring. Gonna start upload the proof of my transaction record and the chats with the agent from Fulgur pay
Also Vbet, they don’t take the responsibility while their main source of pay wallet is Fulgur pay. From this point i believe they both are the sister company, and both of them are big scam

What an awful site. Deposited £10.00 and placed a bet to get the welcome bonus.
To then be told I don’t qualify because I used the £1 free bet (they have given me) instead!

Such a con.
