It't been 2 months

It't been 2 months, and not a word from from them, I wrote 3 emails and sent 1 message via their web page, I sent them pdf of transaction details, nothing, The order is still pending.

It has been taken over three weeks and …

It has been taken over three weeks and I have heard nothing about my order. I have wrote two or three messages but no one answer. Only mark is the mark on my credit card. Still waiting for my braclet.

Great Service. Helped Resolve Issues

I ordered an item and received it promptly with personal updates throughout the process. When my item showed manufacturing damage a week after its arrival the sales team helped me get in contact with the warranty department for the US, and guided me through getting everything taken care of.

Everybody was professional and nothing but helpful. Would recommend to a friend.

Excellent - great service and fast delivery

I am so happy I found this website. They offer very unique products that are not available anywhere else in the world. I finally found a very special Swarovski necklace that I lost in the past and since then I was searching for it constantly.
All the purchase went smooth, I received fast replies from Mr Antonios, and even in the long holiday season in Spain, I got my package within just few days. When you order the products you receive the tracking number, so you can check the status and the location of your package in each step of shipment process.
I can fully recommend Vcrystals and I look forward to my next purchases.

Fine! Shipping -> Netherlands 2-3weeks, as expected

I wanted earrings that were sold out in the Netherlands, this store seemed to be the only one to have them (at a better price too!). Ordered them, 2.5 weeks later I received them, (received a tracking code, but that stopped functioning after the package passed Athens so it was a bit of a surprise when it ended up in my mailbox). Package contained what was paid for, little dent on the corner of the earringsbox as a small remark, possible due to the envelope handling (a cartboard package might have been a bit safer, however possibly more expensive. Would order again

Item delivered faulty, seller didn't issue a refund for a month

Shorter version:
Bought faulty item. Got a refund (most of the money, not all!) after almost 3 months. Got publicly called a liar in response to my comment because the seller can't use PayPal. Avoid like plague.

Short version:
The item I bought was faulty - not the seller fault - but it took the seller exactly a month, from November 27th to December 27th, to issue a refund. Communication wasn't the best - the thing that resulted in a first response to my email in over a month was this negative review.


Long version
I have purchased Swarovski Amazone Headphones, which have proven to be faulty - one of them had 20% of the volume of the other.

As per sellers request I have delivered the headphones to the nearest Swarovski authorized dealer to be repaired or replaced, sadly neither was possible (it's an old model) and they offered me a 50% refund - not acceptable.

I have requested a refund from seller, which he promised to issue after he's been able to verify that the repair/replacement was in fact impossible. I've provided the seller with all the required information - a repair slip with the contact information of the Swarovski authorized dealer over a month ago.

Edit:
I have finally received a refund (well, almost - it's 2 Euro short, but at least I got most of it). Therefore I'm updating it from 1 to 2 stars.

Edit2: Since the seller has chosen to call me a liar 1 star is back and only because there is no option to give 0 stars.

Here's the timeline:
- October 7th: I have reported the headphones as faulty, just as I have received them
- October 10th: per seller request I have delivered headphones to local Swarovski boutique to have them repaired or replaced
- November 14th: Swarovski notified me that neither repair nor replacement is possible, I have forwarded that information to the seller. Over the next week we exchanged a couple of emails regarding return/refund
- November 27th: I have provided the seller with all the paperwork he requested for the refund

At this point all communications from seller stopped.

- December 19th: tired of waiting I have opened a PayPal dispute. No seller response to this date.
- December 26th: I emailed the seller about the refund. No response
- December 27th: seller sent me money over PayPal, but didn't bother to use refund option or respond to my emails or the PayPal dispute
December 28th: not knowing about the money transfer (it doesn't show on your balance until you've accepted it) I've posted first version of this review and emailed seller again threatening chargeback. The review is something that finally got me an answer..



Seler claims I have never opened a PayPal dispute and calls me a liar. The PayPal dispute number is PP-003-607-718-475, opened on 19th of December. Check it and apologize.

I already know that he isn't the best at using PayPal - I didn't get a full refund (he STILL OWES ME 2 EURO!) and he didn't use the refund feature - he just sent me the money.

We had more than 200 Amazon Headphones in stock since the factory started production of the item, and there was never an issue about a factory fault on any of them, except this time. As the customer explained one of the headphones had limited max volume. We initially thought that this could be due to the device they were hooked on, or even a faulty jack of the connected device. This lead to our recommendation to visit a local Swarovski boutique in order to validate the issue.

We agreed to fully refund the customer after contacting the local Swarovski boutique, in order to receive a written validation of the issue. ALL IS PERFECT !!!

Friendly and professionnal answer (for example : I asked for an invoice and I got it immediately). Furthermore, my purchase was very well packed.

Great Item, Poor customer service

I bought a ring for my girlfriend from this site.

After the purchase I waited several days for a dispatch notice which didn't arrive. Therefore I contacted the company to find out why and was told my order was delayed due to a national bank holiday and would be dispatched first thing the next morning.

Two more days passed, heard nothing still. I contacted the company again and was told "I'll be honest with you, I forgot to send your item". This was not what I expected when spending a substantial amount with the company. I asked for my item to be sent on a faster rate to receive it in good time, I was told that wasn't going to happen.

When I finally received my item it came in a poor quality mailing bag which had split and revealed my item to everybody who dealt with the package. It was so bad that Royal Mail had to repair the packaging. I would never expect that a company would send an item like this all the way from Greece to the UK in a flimsy cheap mailing bag. I am still unsure as to how to item remained in the bag and didn't become lost in transit!!! Also the tear in the bag was over the top of my address which made it difficult to read! I'm glad that the people working for Royal Mail were thorough enough with their delivery process.

Overall a poor service, but a good item. Still doesn't make up for the poor customer service from what seems to be a poorly run company.

Won't be buying from here again!

The customer purchased a ring on Wednesday 5th of November 2:21:20 AM. The two following days where bank holidays, so there was no way to dispatch the item. We also needed to wait for the weekend to pass as local postal services do not operate during weekends.

We have two storage facilities, so the item was packed and ready to be dispatched in one of them, since Thursday 6th of November. The weekend passed and we were ready to start our dispatch schedule as normal. The misfortune was that all our new orders where packed and prepared in our second storage facility, as the stock was located there. This is the reason that we forgot to dispatch the item. We are straightforward with our customers, so we explained the situation exactly as it happened. We also offered a full refund option, but the customer refused. The item was dispatched on the 12th and received on the 17th, quite a fast delivery considering that this was an international dispatch across Europe.

The flimsy cheap mailing bag that the customer is describing, is the highest quality reinforced mailing bag that all courier services in the world use. The package’s weight was exactly 56gr, so it was dispatched as an insured light envelope. We have been using these mailing bags for global dispatches for many years, and never faced a similar issue in the past.

As we explained to the customer, there are only two reasons we could think of for this incident. Either the package was the misplaced in another weight category by postal personnel during dispatch, or someone tried to open it (the reason all packages are insured).

Fully satisfied

On a late friday evening, I ordered a set of 6 brandy glasses. Some hours later, I noticed, that I did a wrong click when placing the order. In fact, i had ordered a similar but cheaper set. As it was too Late to call, I sent a change order by email. Nevertheless I thought, that I will have to call vcrystals on monday morning during business hours to clarify the change and the payment of the remaining amount. But this was not necessary. As soon as saturday mornig, I got affirmation of the change and a notice, that I will get an invoice regarding the remaining amount and that the order will be shipped on monday morning and so they did. At the end, everything was much easier than I expected.
It took some days until the German customs had processed the shipment. But as far as vcrystals was concerned, the handling was very quick, the price was particularly favourable, the packing was clean and secure and I got exactly the right glasses I wanted.
A second order I placed at vcrystals some time before was less complicated, as I did not mix up numbers. It too was handelnd very quick und 100% correct. As with the other order, the price was particularly favourable, the packing was clean and secure and the goods where exactly as I expected.
So, I am fully satisfied with the handling of both orders and with the quality of the goods delivered. If I have to place a similar order, vcrystals will be my first choice.

Lightening delivery, excellent communication!

I purchased some Swarovski earrings and necklace. They were very competitively price, so I purchased them. Considering they were from a Greek island, they arrived in record time. Took a chance and very glad we did.

Purchasing a delicate item of Swarovski from a store on a Greek island was a bit of a worry but we decided to give it a go as the piece we were buying was out of stock elsewhere as had retired years ago.
So glad we did as we will now definitely order from this company again,
The item arrived quicker than I have in the past received items from British companies and was excellently packed.
I was pleased that they use Paypal for payments, had tracking on our item and communicated with us frequently and promptly replied to our queries.

Quick Delivery, nicely organized, bit more communication would be nice

After I dropped my order, I've got an email telling me that my order has been registrerd. Since then I did not hear from them, untill my package was delivered one week later.
The delivery was nicely wrapped and my package arrived in a impeccable state. However, it would have been nice if I could have gotten some news about my package in the week between ordering and delivering.

BUYER BEWARE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

First off I had to contact them because the status of my order was not changing several days after i ordered my item, at that point they told me that there had been a problem with the funds from my credit card, so after that was taken care of the item shipped. After several days of tracking my package it stopped giving me any information about the location of my package, so I contacted them again to see if they could possible track the package from their end, they wrote me back and stated that its the US post office and i should contact them. I contacted the Post office and atarted an investigation, and then 2 days later the package arrived.
I opened the package and I had ordered the Swarovski Star Candle holder article #119430 which list the dimensions as 11.5 x 13.9 cm when i opened the item i knew immediately this was not the size of the item which only measured 9cm, i contaced Vcrystals and explained the size difference and they told me that they do not check the items and that this is the fault of Swarovski. I never contacted them again for a refund, because i know that they would have been unwilling to do anything based on the experiences so far, so if you order from them I would advise BE CAREFUL, you mayh not get what you paid for. unfortunately 0 stars was not an option
