Tried to just purchase 30 credits but it changed to 50 somehow . . . I don't need 50 and wasn't expecting to pay that much! There's something that happens when you click on a different item in checkout that shifts the number of credits to 50!

Low resolution. Cannot print the image.
Vestor was supposed to be able to resize to any size at 300 dpi. I requested a high res 300 dpi image. The image I was sent is max 1 MB a small photo not good for printing. I need at least 10"x10" at 300 dpi. It's worthless to me.

We understand your concern regarding the resolution of the image you received. Please allow us to clarify: the vector files (Adobe Illustrator, EPS, and PDF) that we provide can scale to any size without loss of quality. This means they can be resized to your desired dimensions (10” x 10” at 300 dpi) without any reduction in resolution or clarity. Vector files are always high-resolution due to their scalable nature.
We're not sure why you're receiving 72 DPI images. We've double-checked the contents of the vector file and have already emailed you a file at your desired size. We couldn't spot any issues, but we're happy to offer you a full refund if the file is not suitable for your needs. Just respond to our email and we'll reimburse your purchase.
