Trying to register for a promo is a horrible experience. Bugged ui which won't accept SN etc. Essentially it's a way to limit the amounts of successful promos. I can't even open a ticket as the promo is not listed.

Bought a samsungtab 8. they wrongly refuse my rebate, and wont send me the keyboard. Called samsung directly and they told me im valid, and should reach out to veddesta gruppen again. After two weeks still no response. What a scam company. Whoever is in charge of their support needs to be fired
