I switched to Veeqo from Nembol in December '23, so have been using it for about 4 months now. I have to say that it's in a different league to Nembol.
I've been assisted by Kyle, one of their account managers, since joining and he has been excellent at helping solve the little teething problems that you always get when switching apps like this.
Everything is extremely easy to use, very intuitive and works brilliantly. I trade on both eBay and Amazon (including FBA) and it tracks sales seamlessly and updates all platforms with new stock figures very quickly. It also loads stock from Purchase Orders quickly as well.
I've also integrated my Royal Mail account, and this is where Veeqo has saved me the most time. It stores all the weights of every item & assigns the correct postage for each item once you've written a couple of rules, which are really simple to do. I can process 100 orders in about 5 mins now whereas previously it would take over 30mins to assign correct postage.
All-in-all a great piece of software, made even better because it's completely free. I'm just waiting for the integration with Xero to be completed and then it will do everything for me. 5* from me.
I appreciate that the software is free (for now) but there are definite issues with it. That’s fine to a degree. What isn’t fine is the support staff blame everything and everybody else rather than admit there is a problem.
It doesn’t always push stock updates to Shopify, which can lead to overselling stock. It also has a weird way of pulling stock levels from FBA which means it counts sold stock twice. Keep this in mind if you are considering using it, don’t trust the stock levels.
I’m tired of repeatedly being fobbed off, so we’re going elsewhere.

After integrating their service and using it for a fair bit it is not fit for purpose for my warehouse. I already use another paid integrated service for my online selling and veeqo needs to step up if it wants to compete. For starters, it's pretty much incompatible with a barcode scanner for scanning products. You are required to scan totes, and only totes, not actual products. This isn't so bad if you deal with a few orders a day. Dealing with a large amount of orders, you would need a substantial amount of totes to put on a picking trolley and would be an absolute nightmare, you would be required to make numerous picking runs rather than just once to get all your orders picked. You are required to scan the products after the tote, which is only good if you have a few orders with multiple items. They need to add additional methods of processing orders. The current way is designed for lots of pickers and packers dealing with small amounts of orders rather than being designed for small amounts of pickers and packers dealing with large amounts of orders, which I do no problem with my current set up. Any instructional guides you ever find when dealing with totes, they always just have a few handful of orders. I'd love to see how they manage it with 500-1000 orders picked in one go which takes 2 to 3 people around 6 hours to do this currently using my set up with only ever scanning the product and not a tote which is just an extra thing to scan and causes downtime imo.
I was even more surprised that you can't even scan a products barcode to even find an order in the system, this would have been a slow approach anyway as would require more clicks, but you can't even do that.
I will amend this review if they ever update the system so all you have to do is generate a pick list for all orders with a set criteria, such as: International, Single order items, Multi item orders. Once all items picked. A packer can go to a packing screen, which all they have to do is scan ANY product that was picked, the order then appears on screen displaying all relevant information such as shipping, title and picture of the product, prints shipping label automatically, the packer then just has to press a button and it's processed, if there are more orders for this product, it would continue this process until all those orders are done for that product. So you are only ever scanning 1 unique product barcode. Then simply scan and repeat till all products are done. Had the picker picked an incorrect item, it would result in an error on the packing screen as there would be no orders for it.

It is very hard to sign up. I am filling in the information, and it keeps giving me an error. Nowhere to get help, just more and more to read that offers no help!

This is an authentic review, and I must admit, I was somewhat surprised by the reviews that preceded mine. Perhaps they have addressed the issues mentioned earlier? I started with Veeqo in January 2024, and here is my review that I previously shared directly with the Amazon team, who introduced me to this company.
"You introduced us to Veeqo, a fantastic platform! that has been a game-changer for us by allowing integration of all our external stores with Amazon's MCF. This has freed up my time to focus on expanding our Amazon operations and transferring my skills in more productive areas. On top of that….Veeqo is a free service!? Unbelievable!"
I collaborated with Kyle from Veeqo, who provided excellent explanations, assisted me in setting up the entire system, and resolved any problems immediately. I believe I might have found it challenging without his help. Therefore, my recommendation is to register and ask for a team member to reach out to you for a comprehensive walkthrough.
A few weeks have passed, and everything is functioning smoothly. I am genuinely satisfied and would like to express my gratitude to the Veeqo team for simplifying my life!
Best wishes!
Inventory not syncing properly and when raising the issue the say the same thing as you have been told by other customer service team members, for it to work like that you have to create bundles.... Great is there a quick way of doing this via a excel upload.... to be told no you have to do it one by one........... THATS GREAT I HAVE OVER 3000 PRODUCTS THAT I NEED TO BRING DOWN TO THE MAIN SKUS THAT ARE CURRENTLY SITTING AT 1200 a great way to spend 4 weeks as customers always come first and im not about to change that. This is the worst system i have ever used and would not recommend it to anyone
Switched to Veeqo 10 weeks ago. Spent 5 weeks with stock sync issues which led to orders not being able to be fulfilled - impacted my Amazon and Etsy ratings. Then had to pause all sales through all platforms until stock sync issue is resolved. 10 weeks later, into the Christmas period and still not resolved so still not able to sell.
Was meant to make running the business easier but has led to me having to pause my business and lose £5k+ sales.
This software is really bad. I have used Shiprush, shippingeasy, Stamps.com, Easyship, etc.. and this has got to be the most poorly designed software out there. Only joined because Amazon sent out an email to try it.
You cannot combine orders, the SKU doesn't print correctly on labels. If you have more than 3 sku's for a shipment you're out of luck cause it will only print 3 on the label. The sorting of orders is impossible.
The support people are horrible. They won't answer additional questions when you're in chat with them. They make you open a new ticket for every problem you're having. It's 2023 people. Can't we design a functional shipping software that actually makes shipping easier?
The worst CRM system there is. Problem after problem, they offer pretty much nothing compared to a paid CRM.
We have 10 pickers and packers sitting here looking at each other and more importantly, our customers are getting messed about something serious!
It will take these people weeks to fix this problem. What are we ament to do ? Send workers home and sit here waiting on these people ?
Their phone support is shocking as all they will say is we are waiting on our engineers to fix the problem and roll on a week until you hear back from them.
1 month later one problem was fixed, and that created another.
Currently we can't even print invoices due to it somehow moving and we can't get the barcode onto the sticker part of our invoices.
Pay the £20K+ per year if you can afford it, it will save you so many headaches from this bunch and keep your customer happy.
Also, Amazon bought this company, ask yourself why they bought it ? Probably to offer it to Amazon sellers for free, so are we the guinea pigs ?
I will never go for another free version of anything in my life. You get exactly what you pay for!
Veeqo offers its inventory and order management services without charge, which is commendable. However, our experience suggests that the platform's functionality does not meet our operational needs. Despite our efforts to integrate it with our Shopify store for basic inventory management, we were met with significant technical barriers. We encountered several issues, including difficulties in authorizing the Shopify connection.
Moreover, the user experience requires improvement. The interface demands an excessive number of actions to perform simple tasks such as adding product details, which results in an inefficient process. Additionally, locating fundamental information, like items with low stock levels, proved to be a challenge.
Customer support was not able to resolve these issues promptly, which further impeded our ability to utilize the software. Considering Veeqo’s decade of market presence and its acquisition by a corporation as notable as Amazon, the current state of the platform does not align with the standards one would expect. We hope that future enhancements will address these concerns for the benefit of new users and of the company itself.
The support is good people which is why I refrained from writing reviews, but the constant bugs and issues have caused a direct negative impact on my seller account and I do feel that being an "Amazon" company they could do better. For example, bug 1: several orders constantly do not sync from seller central. This caused my late shipment rate to spike because I did not check the orders page (my fault in a way I know). Bug 2: Over the weekend we randomly hit some obscure shipping limit that caused nearly 90 orders to be delayed because our VAs were unable to purchase shipment despite the card being charged having well over $10k. Causing not only our late shipment rate to rise but messing up our entire order flow and causing numerous A-Z claim losses. Theres numerous issues like these that have really made me reconsider moving over from Shipstation.
Not user friendly, if I need to reprint the labels by bulk, I have to manually select the orders that need to be reprinted, imaging there're over hundred orders...
and the customer service takes me forever.
Tried as an alternative to ShippingEasy. Not as refined or intuitive. Many features just don't work like scale integration. It is 10 days after the Post Office did away with 1st Class Mail and veeqo still offers it and not Ground Advantage which ShipppingEasy had migrated their USPS offerings on day #1. Veeqo is asleep at the wheel. Customer service seems non-existent. There are no user forums that I can find to find answers since veeqo agents not responding. the Help Assistant Bot is useless. I imagine now that Amazon owns this, further development will be poor since Amazon doesn't maintain or fix bugs on its own Amazon Seller website and app.
Always happy to help and solve all issues. Well recommended!
Thank you Cristina for helping to resolve the issue we had with Veeqo running very slowly recently. We're happy again to be using Veeqo.
On the whole, I would say that the updates they work on aren't as useful as they probably think, but the core program works really well. There's a lot of things you would think it can do, which it can't, then there's some very advanced things Veeqo can do that similar programs can't.
One major flaw with Veeqo currently -- Many users will be using Veeqo to manage their stock alongside Click & Drop or Ship Station to manage their shipping/labels. With Veeqo becoming free, users have to ship 50% of their orders through Veeqo. But Veeqo doesn't have a quick way to produce a label by scanning the customer's invoice such as Scan & Print. If you're used to quickly dispatching 100s or even 1000s of orders in a single day, you will find Veeqo is significantly slower here and you will need more staff to handle the same volume, as producing the label takes 1/2 seconds on C+D/Ship Station, it takes more like 20-30 seconds to do the same process on Veeqo. So despite saving money with Veeqo being free, you will be paying for additional staff.
Hopefully they can take a real look into this and understand they need to urgently improve this if they want to get lots of retailers shipping with them.
Team is clearly busy with their recent switch to a free access model, which provides better value to customers. Had a few issues but account manager managed to resolve them for us and went above and beyond to help us out.
If you're not using Veeqo then you're missing out and should seriously consider it!
As a user for nearly 4 years Veeqo has helped us become more of a professional seller and has cut down our labour time by more than 70%.
Previously we used to do everything manually and when we started to use Veeqo we immediately saw the results.
The team at Veeqo are also fantastic and very understanding.
Support is always easy to access and Veeqo make our day to day selling much easier.
Veeqo will help you scale your business so give it a try!
Great price, great service and comprehensive software.
Everyone there is so helpful and we're able to reduce the amount of hours spent processing orders dramtically
I had been a Linnworks user for over 10 years till I was forced to switch to Veeqo in Jan 2023 because their price has quadrupled to over £15K in the past 2 years. Overall I am pleased about the switch. Generally speaking, Linnworks is a mature system, most of the things are working as they are supposed to, but it becomes a bit cumbersome now, the web version loads a bit slow; while Veeqo is fairly new, it loads faster but some function needs to be revised. Here is some key differences:
1. Linnworks is now very expensive (I was asked to pay over £15K for 2023); while Veeqo is free (hard to believe but true, Veeqo was acquired by Amazon in 2022, and I think Amazon is trying to get more shipping data for their future expansion into the logistic business?)
2. Veequo support responds to your queries in a few minutes, and Linnworks normally respond in 24 hours. More importantly, Veeqo's answers are normally relevant because their support staff are involved in writing up various user guides, so they really know how their own system works.
3. Veeqo's inventory management interface gives you a product's stock status at different warehouses at a glance, as well as orders with that product, and purchase orders with suppliers. It is quite hard to gather that information in Linnworks, and even if you managed to master the tricks it will still take a lot more time.
4. Linnworks has a very efficient batch order processing feature and is integrated with almost every courier in UK. Veeqo has limited integration with UK's couriers, it seems other couriers may have sensed Amazon's coming competition.
5. Linnworks's order data is more complete, Veeqo's order data is insufficient in my opinion. For example, Veeqo doesn't store the eBay order number (it stores the sales numbers instead which are NOT evident on eBay). The Veeqo's invoices are also quite odd because the billing company name is NOT printed. We have some wholesale trade, but there is nowhere you can enter customers' PO numbers.
6. Veeqo supports both product and order tags, this offers users the ability to customize their own order view, for example, the warehouse manager will only want to see the open orders, but the account will only want to see the orders shipped in the past few days. Linnworks does NOT have this feature.
7. A killer feature of Veeqo is its ability to quickly send messages internally, as well as send order confirmation to customers, and POs to suppliers directly. Linnworks does not have this feature yet.
8. Linnworks can send refund to eBay/Amazon customers directly which is NOT supported by Veeqo at the moment, but Veeqo support Duplicate Order which makes sending replacements and warranty parts very easy.
Not usually one for leaving reviews but I am so impressed with Veeqo and the support team. This software has allowed us to eliminate stock errors across our multi channel selling platforms. Prior to discovering Veeqo we operated very much hands on when it came to adjusting stock, re-ordering, re-pricing and making up bundles etc.. Veeqo saves us hours and hours, every week. I couldn't run my business without it now.
