Wonderful experience

Veeve were wonderful to communicate with. All my emails were responded to very quickly and professionally. I asked for an earlier check in which they accommodated last minute for us. We had some issues with the bed and pillows, Veeve help sort that out by giving us a new mattress topper and new pillows. Wonder experience. Thank you

Highly recommended

The apartment itself was fantastic. Cozy interior, with plenty of space. Simply a good place to rest for tired tourist feet. The area is safe, quiet and pretty. Short distance to metro and restaurants. Serious host who was easy to communicate with. Always quick answers to questions.

A flawless experience

The quality of the description and pictures of the apartment helped tremendously in making a wise choice for our rental. Veeve’s team is very responsive to any questions or requests. The rentals are professionally managed. Renting apartments of quality is getting harder and harder, I would not hesitate to rent an appartement managed by Veeve for a future vacation.

Excellent from start to finish

Communication throughout - from booking, arrival, and departure - was excellent. The accomodations were as described and quite wonderful. Being greeted on my arrival and given a quick tour of the property was definitely a plus.

The agency was a good contact

The agency was a good contact, the booking and the on-site support were very pleasant. The flat was unfortunately a bit small and dark and quite worn in some areas. A renovation would be useful here.

Clearer description would be great

Would love to have help with luggage at the check-in and also to know in advance that 80% of the appartement storage would be locked. What really scared us was the big rat on the last night of the stay. Could not sleep with the kids due to that on the last night.

Fabulous - met all our needs

Our family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay in Clerkenwell. The location was perfect. Close to bus and subway stations. A convenience store right beside the complex, and many dining options. We particularly loved our meals at the Union Tavern on Lloyd Baker Street (less than 10 minute walk). The accommodation was extremely comfortable. I particularly loved the quality linen, hair dryer and even hair straightener. We were toasty warm. The decor was lovely (the numerous family photos on the wall made us feel alittle uncomfortable though - we felt alittle intrusive I guess). I rate this accommodation 5 out of 5. Fabulous

My family of six -- including two elderly grandparents and two young children -- arrived at Heathrow, waited for our driver and called the company several times only to be told that "the reservation did not go through." However, we had an email verification of the reservation and the charges were credited to our account the next day. Three days later, after more emails, we were informed that they "were looking into the matter." Ten days later, still no response, no apology, no acknowledgement.

Veeve were simply brilliant

Veeve were simply brilliant. From check in, to ensuring we had what we needed, to the housekeeping (the place was spotless), to sorting out any issues during our stay, and generally being on hand to assist us. The property itself was exactly as described, and we really enjoyed our stay (instead of taking multiple hotel rooms).

Customer service excellent

Customer service was excellent - I felt very comfortable knowing that we had support for anything we needed. The house was fantastic for our family - especially the kitchen/ dining space, where we spent a lot of time. The experience was one of being looked cared for by the owners. Highly recommended for a stay in London.
It would have been good to have at least one larger bed, as all three rooms had double beds only, but this didn't diminish our overall stay.

Stayed in one of their apartments via…

Stayed in one of their apartments via airbnb; very (very) nicely put together.

Felt a little bit heavy on admin; as they ask you fill in a few extra forms. Not sure how much is required for compliance; but other airbnb stays did not require this. Checkin isn't automated; with an extra charge for post 9pm; which wasn't ideal for my itinerary.

The showers were hard to adjust; but with enough force; the water could be set to under 60*

But; all that is acceptable in light of the high quality apartment; which the extra process is clearly ment to maintain.

Veeve made the rental process a breeze

Veeve made the rental process a breeze. I really wanted to rent a home through Marriott for the points, rather than Airbnb. When I found a home in the perfect location of London, with everything our family needed, I booked it. From there Veeve stepped in and made the entire process incredibly efficient. They sent timely email correspondence with a rental agreement and laid out when payments would be due. They sent additional reminder communications prior to our arrival, and arranged to have a representative meet us at the property to help us gain access and provide important instructions. It was a very pleasant and professional experience from start to finish.

Hoxton property was incredibly noisy

Hoxton property was incredibly noisy - impossible to relax or sleep properly. It also felt quite musty and tired - not the quality property it appeared from the website.

Great Moment !

Communication with the Veeve team is quick and easy. You arrive in an old building, via a staircase that's a little narrow, BUT the flat is comfortable and warm. There's plenty of storage space and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a bus stop just outside and the tube to central London is 8 minutes away. Located 2 steps from Portobello Road, the area is very nice! Really, a wonderful discovery. We'll be back!
