Beautiful home, professional management-Highly Recommend!

The pre check in process (email communication) was exceptional. Our check in process went smoothly, Danica met us and was excellent showing us the flat as well as answering all questions-she was not rushed and was professional. Our accomodations were clean, comfortable, absolutely lovely and met every need. The location wonderful, 10 mins walk to Tube, bus line around the corner and shops, grocery, restaurants quite close. We highly recommend and would reach out to repeat this stay in the future.

Convenient location with nice features

It was helpful to be met at the apartment by a representative who showed us the property and gave us tips about the surrounding area. With plenty of bathrooms, it was easy to get going in the morning. It is just a 10 minute walk to the Place D’Italie metro station which provides easy access to several metro lines. We would definitely stay here again!

Read the fine print

Read the fine print. The problem is not the apartment but the scary terms and conditions: non-refundable payment; additional, tough agreements to sign with Superhog (!) and Veeve; the need to buy a damage waiver agreement; or pay a GBP1,000 deposit and GBB100 handling fee; they can pass scans of your family's documents to unspecified "third parties" for "other checks"; Veeve and their partner Superhog expect you to take photos of everything on arrival and departure or basically be assumed guilty for any unreported damage; keep the property properly ventilated and secure and drains clear; any costs for damage are at their "sole discretion" and classified as "damage to the property directly or indirectly caused by your own action or inaction." Challenge all this and "...your details may be held on a Watchlist(!)". After departure you wait up to 30 days to get your GBP1,000 deposit back, knowing any (unknown) damage they might claim "may be greater than your security deposit" and they have your bank account/credit card details. It is just all too stressful considering they know who you are at booking and all I was doing was coming with my wife and young daughter to Christmas shop!

As communicated in our pre-stay correspondence, we partner with our trusted supplier Superhog to conduct ID verification and guest vetting processes on our behalf. This information is available in the portals/platform through which you made your reservation, specifically under the house rules and additional information sections. There, you will find the our full occupational agreement, which includes the requirement for ID verification.

To clarify, the vetting process and ID verification are requested only for the lead guest. For additional guests, including minors, we require their names and ages. These details are collected for internal purposes and, more importantly, for the well-being and safety of everyone inside the house. In the unlikely event of an emergency, having this information allows us to respond promptly and efficiently to ensure the safety of all occupants.

We acknowledge that this process may appear lengthy, and we genuinely appreciate your feedback. Rest assured that our intention is to create a secure environment for both our homeowners and guests. Your insights are invaluable, and we will take them into account as we continuously strive to enhance our guest experience.

Poor assistance, poor communication, scamming procedure

This company just cancelled our reservation adding overbooking excuses, The real reason is that I didn't want to sign an extra contract and extra insurance outside the OTA Booking.com. They wanted to force me to electronically sign a different contract, but they told us about it just after our confirmation, violating the Booking.com contract.
The overbooking isn't real, since the house is still available in my dates.
Really horrible experiences and rude manners.
I will let them pay for my upgrade, at least.
Poor assistance, poor communication, scamming procedure. Be aware!

Great location situated next to tube…

Great location situated next to tube station. clean and tidy flat with everything you need and nice to have a meet and greet on arrival. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Only minor point was that the bedding/pillows could be improved on. As we were staying for a week we ended up purchasing our own and leaving them.

They looked after us.

It was brilliant!

It was brilliant, they had everything and more. I think veeve should specify that they have a washing machine with a dryer and the products that go with that. They even had foil! My only request would be that they allow luggage storage before check in and luggage after check out for some of the day because I had young children with me, it was difficult to store luggage in those times. But the apartment itself is beautiful, clean, tidy, decorated amazingly! Thank you owners!

The location is simply excellent

The location is simply excellent. It’s on a lively street, but the apartment windows minimize any noise. Step downstairs though and you’ve got all the Paris life you could imagine. It’s an older building and a little creaky, but the photos seem pretty accurate. The smaller bedroom is down a long, skinny hallway, past the kitchen, and the bigger bedroom is just off of the charming living area. The folks at Veeve have been responsive and helpful. We had a lovely time here.

The apartment was beautiful and located…

The apartment was beautiful and located in the middle of the heart of Paris. There was a representative from Veeve waiting for us when we arrived there around 10pm. She showed us around the place and made sure we knew all of the things we needed to know. We were really happy with the service and the experience.
