Customer service is worse than horrible!! They leave you hanging for hours and hours and still don’t respond.
God forbid you try to cash out any winnings, they tell you it wasn’t successful but never return the money you were trying to cash out. They just keep it.

This is the worst online casino to play with!! They are horrible to their customers, they don't respond to them at all, their clients have to wait more than 18 hours to receive their winnings, they don't have a support email for customer service you can use as an alternative to being able to chat live only with them, there's no 800 number you can call and reach out if you needed to, and it is fundamentally obvious that they have set it up this way intentionally so that they don't have to deal with clients ever!! I think they deserve less than one star, and I will be back everyday to review them here, until they have been removed from the Internet altogether!!!

This casino is a scam. After registering and playing I noticed there’s no confirmation emails or any thing showing I registered, which is odd. They offer a $26.97 welcome bonus for $9.99 but you only receive a fraction of that and in order to get the rest of the bonus they ask you to make another deposit. They also have some shady incremental rewards program. Another suspect thing- I was able to play Pragmatic games on this site- Pragmatic was removed from US online casinos a few months back, so that seems suspect. Save your money!

1st off its says right at the bottom of the page that this is a sweepstakes platform. The word casino is totally absent so that is a huge red flag. From the get go, I was worried that this site was a scam. Like the other reviews said this site is entirely to vague as to how one goes about withdrawing your winnings. I won $700 playing with their free $10 but there is no playground or rollover listed and when you try to redeem your winnings it says to make a deposit to unlock your bonus winnings and then complete some tasks. The problem is that no where on the site does it spell out what that task is or how many there are. Plus the have a handling fee thats based on your VIP level.

I won $30,000 playing blackjack. I started a withdraw for $30,000 and for 2 days they came up with excuses on why they would process my withdraw. This morning I woke up and check it again to find out they canceled my withdraw and took the money and refusing to pay me my $30,000

Same thing as what the other said you win money which seems to be real easy to win. I should’ve known it was a scam. I got it up over $400 playing on the free money that they sent me for signing up and then they tell me I can’t have it unless I make a deposit so I bought a package played some more And they let me have like $25 of it and then they said I had to make another deposit to get some more of what I had one so apparently you gotta give them back in deposit what you win before you can get what you want. This is a total scam casino site! I won $512 by playing sweeps coins that they gave me for signing up on their site. Then they said I needed to "make a deposit of any amount" in order to unlock my winnings for redemption, so I bought a $9.99 package but my winnings still were not redeemable. I started a chat with an agent who tells me that my winnings will gradually unlock over an ongoing period of time based on the amounts of my future purchases, and this policy is to ensure fair game play. Like WHAT? They would not give me a straight answer as to the total amount I would need to purchase to unlock my entire winnings, which tells me that there is no amount that will unlock it. They expect you to stupidly keep spending money on the site hoping that someday you can redeem your bonus winnings. You cannot even spend the bonus winnings, they are just locked up forever. Total scam site, I have screenshots of the entire chat which shows how they dance around every question I asked and never once gave me a direct answer to any question I asked them. They continually told me to purchase more coins and don't be in a rush to receive my winnings. STAY AWAY from this casino, I will be reporting them to all authorities and all the facebook, reddit, and discord groups I belong to.
