The payment system through PayPal
The payment system through PayPal, when just using a credit card is confusing and creates anxiety.
I received confirmation that the payment went through but continued to receive emails that I needed to complete the payment on the order.
It took 3 days for the money to clear.
The packing of the laptop was terrible. The laptop was placed in a bubble sleeve and that was put in a box that is much bigger so the laptop was just bouncing around in the box. The box was in bad shape when delivered. This also creates anxiety to know if something was damaged.

I was very unsatisfied with the order that I received. Once I respond back about my problem with the order I was told to pay for a return label and I was going to be charged are stocking fee for the company mistake thinking I was was excited about doing business with your company.
