I bought 3 bottles and have opened one. The roller is very tight and so only releases a small amount of the oil when rolled over the skin which is very time consumimg. Also the advert shows a lady rolling the oil over her face and neck but the instructions state for use on the hands, legs and abdomen. All very confusing.

The ball is fantastic however the bridge is made of cardboard and with cats they love to scratch so the bridge is not going to last much longer

I'm sorry I didn't come here first. I ordered a bag at £11.99 by the time it got to checkout it was almost £28. I emailed immediately to cancel. They said they were on 5 days holiday. I emailed pay pal to they were no help either. I doubt I will get my order now
Avoid avoid avoid.

Do not order from this 'company' they are appalling. I have been waiting ages for my item and just received a tracking update...it is still in the US. I am livid, especially as I have now seen the exact item in the UK at half the price!!

Terrible company, cancelled my purchase immediately and backed it up with jpegs. Apparently it’s already left the warehouse! Even the best companies cannot dispatch that quickly.

Zero if I could. This company scammed me! I ordered a game for my son around 20th November. Nothing arrived. Emails ignored and says delivered in Middleton yodel behind a back gate! Apparently now delivered to me. That's me out of pocket. I'm appalled people do this and get away with it. I'll be taking legal action!

Awful Company.
I ordered an advent calendar as a present last month (November) and it is still in the USA.
By the time it arrives, if ever it does, it will be the new year.
All I got from them was apologies .

Awful company, ordered item and it took over 6 weeks to arrive. Even though the terms and conditions state items will take no longer than 30 days to be delivered. I asked to return the item to be told not possible and offered me £1 many emails later and no further forward.

I ordered sticky bra cups to fit size 34E, 36DD & 38E UK size chest costing £18.63, but when they arrived I was disappointed to discover how small they are possibly fit a 34B Uk. I contacted seller for a returns label and replacement cups to fit the above larger sizes only to be told the right cups where sent to give them to someone they would fit and offered £1 compensation. When I refused I was told to ask for the returns address, as it was not the same as the invoice on the address and informed it would probably cost too much to return the merchandise and offered £2 compensation, which is totally unacceptable. I have again refused the £2 compensation and I will be contacting PayPal to open a dispute. I do NOT recommend ordering from this company.
