Mazatlan Veico Car Rental was perfect

Mazatlan Veico Car Rental was a very nice experience.
Everything from good cars, free mileage, pick-up & drop off to excellent customer service.
This was an extreme pleasure to work with Christian for my sightseeing around Sinaloa & Nayarit in his vehicles.
Best place to rent & explore from in Mexico.

Cheap rental, BIG headache

We were told that we would have someone pick us up and take us to a location from the Cancun airport and no one ever came nor was anyone answering the phone. We then got a $40 taxi after an hour of waiting and could not find the location of the rental place. After a lot of frustration and thinking we got scammed, they finally called my phone and told our cab driver how to get to the location. Turns out it is under a completely different name in Cancun "Premier". Once we got there it was smooth sailing but the late opening time of the location made us have to return the car the night before our flighting adding additional travel expenses. The rental was cheap but the gas was not. I do not know if I would recommend the Cancun branch of Veico or in this case "Premier" unless you're willing to sacrifice a very cheap rental car for a BIG headache.

Most of the time we fulfill all bookings by ourselves, however, in periods of high demand, we may use third parties to fulfill some of the bookings. Our intent is to guarantee that a car is available for every booking we get.

Even when the service was provided by a partner, we are committed to your satisfaction. That is why we have refunded $40 via Paypal, for the taxi expense. We have also sent you an email with an electronic credit for $50 redeemable within a year.

Please accept our apologies and consider giving us the opportunity to serve you again. We will make sure this time you get the superior level of service you deserve.
