Totally disappointed

Totally disappointed, the boxes we’re damaged, ripped and open. I only received one shoe, the other shoe is missing and nowhere to be found, I waited 1-2 long months for it to arrive in this condition. This makes me really disappointed!!

I have been buying the esplar for my special needs daughter. Glad to know that you make this style in women also. She will be wearing this all her life. The leather gets softer when use.

I loved the sneakers I purchased

I loved the sneakers I purchased. Shipping was very fast. Unfortunately , both pairs were too small. You don’t have the next size up in one pair and I will purchase the woman’s campos in the next size up. They are beautiful and well made. However, I found the return instructions a little unclear, particularly the part about how to enclose the return note. Anyway, I will purchase a new pair of woman’s campos in the correct size

OK for "generic" feet

Checkout without a problem, but I had to return the sneakers because the soles were too narrow and there is no info about it / also photos do not show how narrow they are ...

So recommended for anyone with "generic" feet, but not for me.

I didn’t spot that I had to pay for…

I didn’t spot that I had to pay for delivery AND return on orders under £75
It cost me £10 to try a pair of trainers which didn’t fit
Please can you make those costs more obvious
Most places offer free returns at least. When I got the new pair delivered I didn’t get a message that they had been delivered and were left outside in the front garden - I found them by mistake ! Annoying and worrying

small issues with delivery

unfortunately I minor complicatiosn with the delivery due to the mondial relay packet number not known in the pick-up store (you need to refer to local agent).

The shoes are not very comfortable and…

The shoes are not very comfortable and they sorta do this folding/ sagging thing on the sides. Gonna have to get inserts to make them wearable i guess. They look great though!

terrible return policies

beware of returning policies you can never get someone on the phone. It’s all through email with people that aren’t even in the US and are in a completely different time zone like in Europe. Also beware of issues that if you don’t get your package, you will have to submit claims and go through a lot of hoops the solutions this company offers are far from what you would expect from an American company.
