I never received the shoes

I never received the shoes. The tracking number was wrong. 2 weeks after I should have received the shoes, customer service sent me another invalid tracking number which was not working. After a month I asked where were my shoes and as I waited so long if it would have been possible get a discount: p they turned impolite on the answer naming was not possible because they always keep prices as low as possible and keeping production sustainable. After another week they told me there have been problems on the shipping, the shoes were on the way back to store and I would receive the refund once the receive the shoes. If I never got the shoes why should I still wait for refund? Anyway after other 2 weeks still no refund

Horrible

I'm obsessed with the shoes and I have hundreds of pairs. Also it's the first time I am giving so bad feedback. I have them for a year and they got torn at the back and I have hardly worn them. Apart from this, they' re very hard material inside and outside so, very uncomfortable. Very bad quality, I would definitely NOT recommend. Other sneakers I have used such as Nike, have lasted for years and after multiple washings. Wouldn't buy it again.

Love the shoes

Love the shoes. Super comfortable. Have had for about 3 months and wear for everything - work, gym, light hikes, and just general walking and have held up really well. Look great also. The buying experience was quick and easy.

my first Veja😍

I just got my first Veja sneakers here in Montenegro and Im thrilled. They came here in 8 days and I was able easily to track whole process. My sneakers are great, comfortable, true to size and exacrly as I exspected.

Shoes not weatherproof & disappointing customer support

Bought Veja V90 White Mesh Umber. The shoes were fine until I got caught in the rain for the first time. The rain caused the pigment in the suede Veja logos to run into the mesh, permanently discolouring the logos and staining the shoes orange.

Customer support labelled walking in the rain as “improper use” and refused my warranty claim, ridiculous.

Unfortunately, suede and mesh are delicate materials that are not recommended for use in rainy or wet conditions. Water exposure can cause the suede’s pigment to bleed and alter the appearance of the shoe.
As this results from an external factor, it cannot be covered under our warranty.

What's taking so long?

I made an order on the 30th of Sept but still have not had notification that my shoes have been posted. I contacted Customer Services and they told me that when they receive confirmation of payment they'll post them. Payment has left my account.
Very unusual for an online purchase to take so long.

I’ve been a loyal New Balance customer…

I’ve been a loyal New Balance customer for years and decided to try VEJA. Unfortunately, I’ve been left disappointed. After only a handful of wears, the laces snapped. I contacted customer service and, even after sending a photo showing the trainers were barely worn, they refused to replace the laces. I ended up having to pay for new laces and shipping myself. It’s not the cost that bothers me, but the principle — it’s clear there was a fault, yet the responsibility was pushed onto me. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this brand again.

Customer Service

My shoelace broke on my shoe and I was able to go onto Veja online store and purchase new shoelaces. Before I did this I sent a message inquiring about the shoelace color and I got a response in less than 24 hours. I had some concern regarding the color and again, received a message back promptly. The online site is easy to use, great customer services and laces were shipped quickly.

Please don’t buy shoes from this company!!

Bought pair costing £140 worn them once and sole came away sent them back and never heard from them for weeks.

Email today to say as they are not new no refund.

Please buy shoes/ trainers elsewhere this company are a disgrace.
