Excellent experience .. including booking, reminder and actual service .. all top notch. Although neglected for a number of years, Darren performed an extremely thorough service on the bike and as promised, it then rode like new.

This is the first time I have used Velo Care, Amazing Service, I will 100% use their service again, fantastic prices for the Service they provide. My bike wasn't setup properly from whom I purchased it from, now having used Velo Care, my bike is running smooth as.

Velocare offer great service, responsive always do a fine job and goes extra mile re getting a part to sort out some worn hoods.

I have a variety of bikes serviced MTB, gravel, road and always resolved any issues i've had. HIghly recommend.

Set up new bike with Di2 and Zipp tubeless. Popped round in the evening for adjustments.

Darren has serviced my bikes for a number of years now and has always done a very good job. He is friendly amd knowledgeable, his work is competitively priced and there is also the convenience of having him do the work at your home. I would highly recommend him.

Darren serviced my sons bike and replaced a a couple of parts. Nice guy and very knowledgeable. The mobile service is so convenient as can be done in the comfort of your own home without actually having to get your bike anywhere. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Great service as always, Darren services all my bikes and so easy that he comes to your house in his mobile workshop. MTB running sweet and smells like new bike!

I enquired to Darren about upgrading my bike to ultegra Di2 and within a week and half I had it fitted and working like a dream. Price wise was very competitive and he’s also a lovely chap and easy to talk too 👍
