First, thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m really sorry that you feel you have received terrible service; our staff pride themselves on their customer service, so if you would like to get in touch and tell us how we failed in this respect, we will do our best to address it.
We are sorry you feel you have been misled by our advertising, too; we rarely advertise so we’re unsure as to how you have been misled, but again, please do get in touch and we will take a look – perhaps you have seen a third-party advertisement?
We strive to give not only excellent customer service, but also ensure our books are high quality and accurate in all aspects, as well as good value. In relation to poor quality writing, again, if you could let us know which title you are referring to (or titles), please do; our authors and editors appreciate all feedback, and can only improve if we know where the issue lies.
Prices are often hard to asses, and many of our customers would like some of our books to be cheaper than they are (which is partly whey we created Veloce Classic Reprint editions, in paperback format, and with a slightly lower RRP). However, we have never heard our prices described as extortionate, so we would be very interested to hear which book (or books) you referring to, and why you believe them to be so over priced, and whether it’s because of quality of print, paper, presentation, etc.
