Enjoyed the ride very much. Received instructions which answered any questions I might have, so that was a huge help. Was able to log on and ride on Rouvy without issue.

A group of us from Ontario Canada spent 6 days with Leonardo Olmi in Tuscany last Spring (2019). We had the most EPIC cycling experience ever. We are saddened that plans for this Spring have been foiled by the COVID-19 Pandemic However , our hearts and prayers are with the wonderful people of Tuscany. You can rest assured that once this virus has been beaten down, Leo, Veloguide and Tuscany will be the first thing on our plans. Can’t wait to ride with you again. god bless you Leo.

I really liked the experience. From booking with their concierge to selecting a guide. The guide did a great job setting a route and working with me. The best thing logistically was having the concierge help book the rental bike for me. It made coordinating everything super easy!

My wife and I enjoyed our ride with BiciBucerias owner Joel and bubbly Suzie a very kind employee of theirs. We were taken through two small and typical villages in the area on roads of mostly good quality and never ever felt unsafe. It made for a very fun and enjoyable ride in spite of the rising temperatures as we concluded the ride. Starting at 7:15am and finishing towards 10:30 before it gets too hot made great sense.

We rode with veloguide through Bici Bucerias week program March 8-13. The guides knew the area, were likeable and all competent riders. Jillian and Joel did a great job with communication, helping with bike rentals and the post ride coffee and food was top notch. The roads were busier and rougher than expected, so ask for quieter routes if that matters to you. And definitely join on optional evening drink/food tours, they added a lot to our week.

Great three days at Bici Bucerias! All the guides were great and accommodating..and the routes selected were challenging, scenic and fun! Can't wait to go back.

They connected me with a cyclist in New Zealand as a guide, who was excellent. Veloguide checked in on the logistics for my ride, and their concierge-style service made the interaction feel nicely personal.

Nice bikes and knowledgeable guides. I would definitely do the trip again and recommend it.

My guide, Andrew, was prompt, a great cyclist, kind, fun, informative, knowledgeable, and an excellent overall guide. He provided terrific suggestions of where to go and what to do in the area, and he listened to what I wanted in terms of terrain and distance. Highly recommend!
