Fast delivery effective communication response to emails very quickly and very speedy service

I shipped it out to 28th of this month. It took three days to get to my house in the United States of America. This is great. I’ll be ordering some more later on the past on the deliver you can’t make the product it’s great keeps the sun off your head specially winter 102° in Texas right there

I have been using Veltop for a daily commute in Amsterdam for two years. When it is raining or cold people are very envious. My coat and pants stay 100% dry.

Great canopy, well made and sturdy without being overly heavy

I bought the Veltop Sun Ride and i'm really happy with it.

The product demonstration videos and fittings videos influenced my choice. It showed me that the cover fitted my wheelchair and was the right choice for me.

Having used this canopy/fairing regularly for a number of years to the present in all weather types except snow,
I can say that It is well made from excellent quality materials, however It has some important design choices/faults that cause me to say.

"given the choice I would not buy one again".

It is not particularly aerodynamic, it can be likened to pedaling a piece of 400x850 mm (ish) board through the air, with the wind in your face this takes a fair amount effort, also the rear support is a vertical steel plate again not aerodynamic and needlessly heavy.
The mounting clamp is over-complicated and heavy.
Whilst trying to offer flexibility for the riders windscreen setup options,
Veltop have made a 3 part windscreen which is a pointless confusion as 2 parts would do the same job,
regardless of how many adjustments are made the canopy never quite fits.

On the good side,
The roof pocket is great for map storage and if you keep your elbows tucked in when you are riding in the rain you stay dry.

Veltop are a bunch of idiots . They sent an invoice half in French and the other half half blank . Stear clear of this company

Excellent service. Customised the brackets for my wheelchair from photo and measurements over email.
The rain covers are extremely well made and excellent quality. Easy to fit and adjust. Can also be removed easily. But I plan to leave them on folded back and the leg parts roll up and fit in a bag on the back of my chair.
Even with imported charges (£200) they were still a lot cheaper than buying from the only uk stockist.
You can also buy replacement parts if needed.
They are expensive and there is nothing to compare on the market. But they are worth the price to stay warm and dry. I wish I had bought these sooner.

Easy to use. Well thought out and good craftmanship on my Veltop sunshade. It makes a massive difference when cycling my trike in the heat or rain.
I've had mine for quite a few years now and it has taken a hammering without complaining.
I changed the poles by using some aluminium tent poles I had. These are far more robust than the fibreglass poles that come with the Veltop products.
I got through two sets of poles prior to making up my new ones and I have never had a problem since swapping. They are expensive but I believe they really help in strong sun especially, along with light drizzle.

Easy to Install, leight weight and you stay almost dry.
