Mattress came next day and it's superb!!

I got the Kensington Mattress from Time which is excellent quality and very comfortable!

I am sorry to write about this company that my experience is not good when I made an order for a bed but it was not delivered timely and again when I cancel the order the refund not received according to the standard practice. Either they are over loaded by huge orders or they are not serious about customer services. All time they want to cover to say sorry..but sorry doesn't cover everything. I am extremely frustrated by their services.....So be aware to purchase anything from this company.

Purchased a Single Waterproof Mattress.
The service i received was outstanding, the mattress arrived the following day.

Delivery was Free.

Useless. Ordered a and it was immediately charged on my credit card. After that I spent weeks sending emails backwards and forwards, trying to ascertain where my stuff was. All I got was a routine reply - "it is on order from the supplier, we'll call you when we have it".

After nearly two months - and still no date, not even an estimate on when I might possibly receive my furniture - I decided enough is enough. Will cancel my order.

Placed my order on Sunday evening, it was delivered Tuesday morning and slept in Tuesday night by a very happy teenager.

We ordered the Santana Tv stand and then decided to purchase the dinning table within the range. We emailed the company to ask a couple of questions and within 10 mins of sending the email we got a phone call answering all our questions and stating that we would be given a discount as we had ordered 2 items from the same range. We were kept updated of our order through out and if we did have any questions they called us back straight away. The prices are great and the furniture is fantastic. Items were very well packaged for delivery.

We have had so many problems recently with online retailers and their lack of customer service that it such a refreshing change to deal with a company such as 'Venture' that values it's customers and gives such a 'High Level' of customer service through out the entire process.

We would recommed Venture Furniture 100% and look forward to dealing with them again in the future. We just wish we had found them earlier.

Ordered a dining table and chairs earlier this year and the service and delivery was second to none so have just took receipt of new bedroom furniture and again the same standard of service was received. The quality of the furniture is amazing and the staff are very friendly and obliging. Would definately recommend to all and sundry....keep up the good work !!!

Ordered child's bed and found their site very easy to use. Bed arrived sooner than expected and was packaged well!

Ordered a ottoman bed and mattress which I got the next day, delivery by TNT. Wow!!

I ordered some beds off this site in enough time to get them for when I moved into my new house. I left 4 weeks do get them delivered - the site said 7-14 working days..... now I have been calling them at the end of last week and all this week and people have been "looking" into the order and would "get back to me" nothing happend, no call back etc. I have been told that my order will be with me by the end of next week. I would cancel the order but now i cant get one delivered sooner. If they had just told me that were not getting in for a month then i could have ordered from somewhere else! This site lets down most online store that are actually good and deliver on time and when you want. Be warned - do not order from this company if you dont want to be sleeping on an airbed for 2 weeks

This was my review that I posted on review center and they tried to get it taken down by saying it was spam which had lead me to post on here too, since the above they did try and get the goods to me and delivered about two week later however not all the bits were there! so they then had to post out the remaining bits. They also promised that they would refund me some of the money that I had paid for it to say sorry…. I am still waiting for this 4 months later.

I shopped around for bedroom furniture from a lot of sites, and venture were definately the best value for money. I was really pleased with the quality, once delivered too. Only reason not 5* is because of delivery. It took five weeks to arrive, when i expected it in 2-3. Whilst the staff were VERY courteous over the phone, I did have to keep doing the chasing. I appreciate the furniture was 'in transit' on a container somewhere, that Venture had no control over, but would have been nice to think they were actively tracking and updating me, rather than me chasing them. All in all, I would rcommend Venture, and use them again.

On the internet there are hundreds of companies all competing to sell the same products to the same audience at similar prices, many of these business offer awful customer service, so I expected much of the same at Venture Furniture, how I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received.
I came onto the website through a google search for the Knightsbridge Furniture. I wished to order 5 items totalling £690 at Venture Furniture, but their website pushed contacting them for a package deal, I did ring them and I spoke to a gentleman who advised me he would be able to offer me the package for £625 including delivery. I range round several other suppliers and no one can match this offer, I was quoted anything from £699 up to and including £785.
Obviously In this climate it is vital to tighten our belt a touch, so I choose to order my Knightsbridge Furniture with these guys. The website is simple and easy to use, as well being laid out sensibly.
I placed my order over the phone, and whilst I spoke to a different person, he was equally helpful he took my order and explained that I should expect delivery in 3-4 weeks at a push, which was not a problem as I was not in a rush.
I was most impressed though to receive a phone call from the carrier used by Venture Furniture just 10 days later telling me that intended to deliver on Wednesday 13th. I only ordered Wednesday 1st. I was extremely impressed about that.
My furniture was delivered by two gentlemen from a specialist courier, who put the furniture in my bedroom, and who were friendly and chatty as well.
In short Venture Furniture offered me an unbeatable package discount, delivered quicker than expected and offered an all-round excellent level of service.

Very happy with the customer service. I ordered a 4' instead of a 4'6 mattress and when I called up they were very helpful even though the mistake was mine. They even offered me a discount as I bought a bed and a chest of drawers.

Would definitely use again

I'm always a liittle apprehensive ordering online.
We couldn't see the furniture we ordered because the shop was a little too far to travel to for us.

The staff were pretty helpful when they rang to discuss a delivery date and we weren't bothered by upselling etc.

But it was the quality of the furniture that impressed us the most.
We ordered the Chunky plank pine bed and drawer and it's superb.

My daughter is about to order the same package.

I have now been waiting over a month for an order i placed with this company, there updates have been very few and far between and have not been able to give me a date even now after a month. lots of excuses and a rather short and unfriendly manager on end of phone shop when i called... I have just asked for a refund and full expect this to be delayed too. poor customer service/delivery info etc.

I can understand that items are souced from a company (PD Global in this case) that supplies them for far flung places and they arrive on containers but keeping a customer informed and updated is important. If i had been told from the start it would take over a month and a half (rather than, yes its in stock ??) i would have felt better but nothing but lies (it will be with you next week, hummm??) and stalling.

Bought a new bedroom suite, the Venture Rustic Oak range and really pleased with it.
Got a great price and the quality is excellent. We compared it to Oak Furnitureland and preferred the style and it was a better price.
Delivery was excellent, 2 guys took all the items up into our room and unpacked it.
Very happy with my new furniture!
