We are able to carry out 90% of repairs in your home or at your business premises by our highly trained technicians. If, however we do need to complete the work back in our workshop then we provide a tracking service on our website, keeping you in touch with what’s happening. All our work is guaranteed and all replacement parts / components come with a minimum 12-month warranty for an added peace of mind. New for 2017 is our affordable payments option, this allows our customers to get their computers, laptops, mobile phones and tablets repaired with a low monthly repayment plan and the best bit, its interest free. I had my severely damaged ipad repaired…
I had my severely damaged ipad repaired a few months ago and last week the broken front glass to my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge replaced. Both were collected and returned personally by a gentleman from the Company.
The replaced broken parts were charged at cost and the repair time charge was very modest. I highly recommend Venture.

Reasonable prices, quality products and outstanding service
Everything about Ventures I.T. Service is great. Reliable, consistent, prices are so low compared to high street stores. He is very understanding and flexible. Although the parts for my phone took ages to turn up, that was no fault of Matt’s and I was compensated. If you are willing to wait a few days and save money and have better quality replacements/products at the end of the day then I would definitely recommend this for you! If anything ever breaks again I’ll be sure to use Matt !

Very quick and reliable service
Very quick and reliable service. Smashed many phones over the years. And called matt every single time and he has responded and fixed the phone within the same day. Do not go anywhere else for like for like with the screens. He is friendly and very quick at the job he does. Every single time he has been to me i have never had any problems with the phone after he has replaced any damages. Keep up the good work matt and thanks again
