Love the clothes. Fast shipping. Easy returns.

Horrible customer service. Instead of resolving the issue, Orlando blamed me for their own shipping mistake and even tried to "educate" me to "change my cookie settings next time" I order. Seriously??? I have been a customer for several years and this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I will no longer use this company.

Would love to give them zero stars, but that's not an option here. Had multiple interactions with APC who was responsible for parcel delivery and after each attempt to locate my parcel I ended up receiving spam text messages from someone pretending to be Canada Post (I confirmed this was NOT Canada Post sending these texts). Also, never received my parcel, but Venus refused to refund the duties they charged me and said that it was up to me to claim them back. Their customer service rep also said he would provide me with a copy of our online chat for my records, but he never did. Absolutely horrible experience. This is to caution other Canadians who may be considering an order from them. In my opinion, there is definitely something sketchy about their business practices.

I ordered an item that was a non-returnable, but I was sent the wrong thing. I was having a hard time getting it returned using the link that was emailed. So I called and she was wonderful. Had everything taken care of in just a couple of minutes.

The outfit I bought was awesome. It fit well and looked good. Not cheap made which is always the worry when shopping online.

Got a message that my return expired… HRJ6LUG3. It was in the same package as another return that was processed… HRZ2JJ2Z. Contacted Venus and was given canned responses. They didn’t even try to research the issue just told me my 30 days to return was up! Horrible customer service and I’ll never shop there again. Beware!

The customer experience is well above average. I feel valued, and that is rare. Responses I receive to every question or situation is prompt and feels like it’s intended to be good for me, not just for Venus.

Quality clothes, good sales, sizing is described well. Happy with all my purchases so far!

I Love shopping at Venus. The versatility of clothing works for all body types, which compliment basically any size body, small, medium, large, etc. The fashion styles are different. I do get compliments when I am wearing any of my Venus clothing.

I have purchased a TON of clothes through Venus. I particularly like their tops. I like that they have frequent sales too. They ship and deliver items quickly. If something doesn't work out the return process is easy. The best thing about them is the quality. I still wear items I purchased years ago.

Everything I ordered fit like a glove. Everything made my wife look very stylish and flattering. I am glad I purchased what I did.

I ordered something on Feb 9th after a horrendous experience back in November where my items never arrived. Was told that the “issue with our new carrier into Canada” were now resolved. It has been one month minus 1 day and this package is nowhere to be found. Continuous misleading of customers.

I have been buying from Venus for a few years now and have never had a problem. Their online ordering process is uncomplicated and easy. Great products as well.

I love the fun, sexy clothes. And so does my husband! The quality is good. I have many swim suits and dresses and they still look new! I would like to see petite especially in the maxi dresses.

Lots of issues, mostly related to the website.
I returned an item using Happy Returns (which was great) but I was a bit confused when I got the email saying my return had been processed because my wallet didn’t show the credit. I re-read the email and realized I had to click the link to add the refund to my wallet. When I clicked the link, the refund code showed up but I got an error saying the code was invalid. I had to manually copy and paste the code and finally got the refund deposited into my wallet.
The next issue was viewing my cart. Items weren’t displayed but I realized it was just slow and after several minutes it finally loaded.
The next issue was not being able to use a promotional code due to having tried too many times while trying to resolve the earlier issues.
The next issue was the PayPal link had problems. I got the spinning circle and nothing happened.
I’ll try again tomorrow and hope I can complete my purchase.

I have ordered quite a few items from Venus in the past, jackets, blouses, and many jeans. The jeans always fit me in my normal size. I recently ordered a pair of their sales jeans for $29.99. I ened up paying $40.50 with shipping. The jeans were way too small. I sent back and received $25.06. So that is alittle over $15 less I got back. This will be my last time ordereding from them.

Terrible company. Delivery takes forever...they take your money and have ZERO customer service follow up. Ordered my product 1 month prior to going away...product still has not arrived. First and last time customer. Now this company is trying to reach out..still have done nothing. Too little too late. Horrible company.

I absolutely loved the products I ordered and decided to order more. Received the shipment pretty quickly and I know returns are easy.
