Really good quality puzzle

Missing puzzle pieces!
I sent a personalised puzzle as a gift straight to my aunty and when she completed it she found that their were two missing pieces! These puzzles aren't cheap and its really disappointing that there aren't any checks in place before sending them out.
Waiting for them to confirm they will refund my money as the gift is ruined now she's completed it.

replacement puzzle
I am reviewing a replacement puzzles sent to me free of charge after the first one was too dark/fuzzy. Venus puzzle contacted me to suggest making the replacement after seeing my review and were quick and helpful. The replacement puzzle arrived quicky, was excellent quality and I was very happy with it.
