She was incredibly responsive, clear, and professional, answering all my questions thoroughly and making me feel confident and well-prepared before my arrival. Everything was explained in detail, and the entire process felt transparent and reassuring.

The treatment itself was very well organized, and the medical team was professional, caring, and highly skilled. I felt safe and well looked after throughout my time at the clinic.

What really stood out was the aftercare communication with Burcu. She followed up consistently, provided clear instructions, and was always available to answer questions after the procedure. This level of aftercare gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind during recovery.

The contact before, during and after treatment is on the HIGHEST level. The Clinic did a transportation for us through the whole time of treatment and also picked us up from the airport. Cara very clean and comfortable. The clinic is very modern and clean. Appointments with doctors and clear instructions. The transplantation procedure went very well and comfortable. Also after transplantation was done they have washed the head and use the red light therapy as well show and instruct how to wash the head. Moreover VeraClinic supply with cushion for sleep and hat to weaer to protect the head. I highly recommend!

Vera Clinic has been so wonderful at following up with my son and husband the entire year after their transplants last December of 2024. They respond to all our questions and concerns within a day or two. The hair growth has been good and even though my son still has more to go, the doctor has assured us that in the next 6 months it will continue to get thicker and darker. My husband looks amazing. We have the confidence in Vera Clinic and are actually heading back to Istanbul next month for my son’s second treatment for his crown area. I have just recently (20-12-25) had a FUE Hair Transplant at Vera Clinic. Honestly the hardest part about this journey is to stop overthinking it and just booked that treatment. I found Vera Clinic by google search after I had spent months and months of looking at different clinics and reading reviews but Vera Clinic stood out for me and they certainly did not disappoint. The whole process was so easy, you will initially fill out an enquiry form online and they will then contact you. From there you will share some information and photos of yourself and they will draw up a plan for you. I then chose the package I wanted and just paid a small deposit of €300. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport I was looked after from start to finish. The whole process was flawless, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I am so glad I chose this clinic, what felt like was going to be a really daunting experience turned out to be a very enjoyable and life changing moment the only thing i regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. To all the staff at Vera Clinic thank you so much. I have a long way to go until I see my final results but I already feel new confidence in myself already.

My experience at Vera Clinic was great! The doctors and staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was really nice, the clinic was nice, and my results post 8 months are great. My only gripe is there were some miscommunications on pickups and the drivers were late everyday. It did make the experience slightly stressful but otherwise everything was great and would recommend their services!

My medical consultant was Lea and she is the best in coordinating the whole hair transplant process. I was very nervous initially but she called me and assured me and explained the whole process. The transplant technicians deserve special praise. They are precise, patient, and extremely focused, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. Its been a year now since I had my hair transplant. I left a review a year ago to say i was extremely happy with the service. From being collected from the airport to checking into the hotel to being collected and brought to clinic and back to the hotel each day it was all so smooth. I am writing this now to let people know i stand by what i said a year ago and more. The procedure was painless and the staff were all brilliant. Now it has been a year i can say that I am very happy with my hair and i would have no problem recommending people to go to Vera Clinic. I done a-lot of research before getting a hair transplant and Vera Clinic was the one that stuck out most. The whole process was so easy. If you have any doubts. Don't worry vera clinic is the place to go.

I had a great experience at the Vera Clinic, I was recommended by my cousin, and I was not disappointed. I wish there was more time the night prior to arrival for maybe a preopp period to go over the surgery. Outside of that the surgery went smooth without any issues. I recommend this to anyone unsure of the experience of traveling so much that I had my brother in-law complete his transplant as well!

I learned about Vera Clinic through other people’s great results and decided to request a consultation. I was contacted by a consultant named Rytis — very polite, helpful, and quick to respond. He clearly explained everything regarding travel, accommodation, the procedure, and payment. Before the trip, the clinic team contacted me with clear instructions. Upon arrival, transportation to the hotel was already waiting — everything was well organized. I stayed at the Titanic Business Kartal hotel, which was excellent with very friendly staff.

On the day of the operation, we arrived at the clinic and were assigned a translator. Everything moved quickly, but I want to highlight that the translator spoke excellent English, was friendly, and guided me through every step with no unanswered questions.

The entire process was smooth. I was most worried about anesthesia and pain, so I requested sedation with NFI. I was pleasantly surprised — I felt almost no pain at all. The doctors were careful, attentive, and explained each step. The procedure itself was top-level and one of the best experiences I’ve had; time passed very quickly. This experience gave me full confidence in the clinic, and I would return again if needed.

After the operation, I felt slightly weak and dizzy, but the clinic staff took great care of me and ensured I returned safely to the hotel. While waiting for transport, I was constantly monitored, which I truly appreciated. Special thanks to the woman who accompanied me until departure (sorry, I don’t remember your name).

Now I would like to mention something that left a slightly unpleasant aftertaste. The day after the surgery, we came in for a check-up. As always, the friendly staff explained how to proceed with self-care, what products and medications to use. At this point, I was introduced to topical finasteride.

The clinic offers various products, and that in itself is fine. The issue is that I purchased products from them that are significantly more expensive than the average market price — something I only realized later. It is a very effective strategic move to offer products when a patient is tired after a procedure, poorly rested, and has little time to properly analyze the purchase, especially when you want to protect your hair as much as possible.

I was offered topical finasteride, with an official website price of USD 275 per bottle, and the clinic offered it roughly half that price. I agreed without thinking too much, although the price still seemed very high to me. Sometimes clinics do have exclusive products, so I purchased 1.5 years’ worth of finasteride.

After returning home, I researched the product more thoroughly. Its official website does not look trustworthy, appears cheaply made, has no reviews, and the organization itself is not well known. Other topical finasteride options (Keeps, Hims, DrHair, Sons, etc.) cost around USD 40 for the same quantity. I don’t see why I had to pay nearly three times more. Time will tell — perhaps I will change my opinion later.

Due to airport hand-luggage rules, I had to open the packaging, so returning the product is no longer possible. I am not saying this is a scam, but I strongly advise future patients to carefully evaluate any additional products offered, as I clearly overpaid.
